A home-from-home: I was made to feel very welcome in a warm, friendly atmosphere. On the practical side there is plenty of parking, the WIFI works, the bed was comfortable, it is close to amenities and the breakfast is very tasty.

Warmth of reception. Location handy for LIverpool. --------------------------- I didn't see enough of Bebington to judge it as a holiday destination (see below); it is probably a good base from which to visit The Wirral and Liverpool.

Parts of the hotel could do with some touching up/refurbishment. The steel frame of the tubular chair in my bathroom was quite rusty. -------------------------------------------- Booking.com confirmation was not clear - it suggested that breakfast was not included in the room booking.

Stayed here for The Grand National, Very friendly staff made you feel really welcome. Would recommend!! Excellent breakfast all in all a fantastic stay!!

nice and friendly welcome. breakfast was lovely and the cook was fantastic,room was very spacious and good size tv aswell, shower was nice and hot.the location is great for the train into Liverpool.

sorry but only one bad point is position of plug socket,kettle cable didn't reach.need socket near the mirror room 5.

We really appreciated the assistance given to us by the owner. She went out of her way to help us to find our way around Bebington, and was was most helpful when one of us needed to get medical attention.

With the current owner, Jo, away for the weekend, her parents Joyce and Miltos came out of retirement for a few days. Our stay was perfect, and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation is great, and the hotel's location is well placed for Port Sunlight and trains to Chester and Liverpool. We would definitely stay again, and whole heartedly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, family run. Ease of access to buses, trains etc. Very clean and tidy. Good breakfast, no evening meal but takeaway in the evening time is facilitated. Basic facilities, very well organised, efficient place, very good breakfast and loads of food. Close to a reasonably good pub/restaurant (10 mins walk) for evening meals.

Wi-fi is advertised as 'free' but it didn't work that well and sometimes not at all. Even in the foyer. As my trip was a mix of business and pleasure this was a little inconvenient. There were no phones in the rooms. Telly was faulty it would 'freeze' and then start again and then freeze etc. Had to pay cash (no credit card facilities) this incurred a slight extra cost.

Comfortable and located near to Birkenhead ferry port.
