Choice of breakfast and evening meals excellent. Well presented staff friendly
Got the bill wrong charged for 3course evening meal instead of two courses but overall excellent
Excellent breakfast, helpful staff.Nice atmosphere in the bar area and comfortable rooms. We would return here.
Corridors need painting but understand it is an old hotel and I am sure they will get round to it.
Quiet. breakfast was good. Hotel was clean and everything was in good condition. This is a quiet very well run hotel targeting guests over the age of 50. And everything was perfect for that market. If you are looking for that, then this is a great choice. It is difficult to fault the hotel on anything. Also the hotel is warm and comfortable There is a quiet well equipped gym and also a Jacuzzi. I doubt it gets much use so you will get a workout in peace.
Parking is limited, but you can't have everything. The hotel know this and do their best to stay organised. We asked for the heating to be turned off and we needed a fan and both windows open to get an air flow, but to be fair it was 19 degrees over night at the end of October.
Lovely little hotel. Staff are very friendly. Amazing breakfasts!! Loved the restaurant. Will definitely be back.
Wi-fi in room could have been better.
Very attentive staff, nothing too much trouble.
No lift to bedroom on first floor
As I was travelling with my elderly mother of 92, we were only booked for bed and breakfast and I found that the menu for dinner unfortunately wasn't suitable for my mother as she is a plain eater.
Easy check-in and we were made welcome on arrival by friendly receptionist. Restaurant staff were very efficient and attentive and the food was absolutely superb. The only downside to the Bedford is that because everyone knows it's reputation, it makes it difficult to get a booking. But that's a good comment to make!
room,food and staff were excllent
we stayed in room 16 noisy extractor fan came on @ 6am each morning
Facilities, Breakfast, staff
Parking. Limited and had to park on road. No bother and lots of parking nearby, but very limited on site.
The services were very good
Poor Wi Fi thought there was a blind spot in my room area
LOCATION BREAKFAST CLEANLINESS
NO POWER ON SHOWER WATER WATER ONLY A TRICKLE DID NOT BOTHER WITH THE SHOWER ON OUR SECOND DAY
The breakfast freshly cooked to order, was delicious, much better than a buffet Staff were very pleasant, and our room was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and spotless
A really very good hotel in an excellent location near the town centre in St Anne's. Comfortable dining room, very good food, excellent service. The quality of the breakfasts was excellent too with lots of variety. The bedroom was clean and comfortable and the common areas of the hotel are beautifully kept and quite plush. Cannot really fault anything.
Staff very helpful. Food very good Great location to town and prom
Expensive for room size
Location, staff, great breakfast
Friendly reception from all staff. Nothing was too much trouble Quality of food was excelent.
Having to come home, should have stayed longer, will do next time.
Great breakfast and dinner in the evening. Good wi-fi signal
Room quite small and found it difficult to find room to work with laptop as on business.
Booked at the last minute this was a very good choice of a hotel . I had an upgraded room which was very comfortable / clean and an enjoyable breakfast .
I am not sure of the merit of a parrot next to the dining area & lounge .
Wonderful cooked breakfast Helpful and friendly staff Lovely room Ambience
Wi-fi was inconsistent
Friendly staff, good food, clean pleasant throughout.
Lack of comfortable seating in rooms. One chair for two people and not meant for a long sit.
Good breakfast, friendly staff. Good WiFi, reasonably sized room.
Over priced, small bed. No window in bathroom. View from bedroom window was a wall 3 feet away.
Lovely hotel had a fab time. Rooms were excellent standard and food was beautiful
Location was very good with convenient parking. Staff excellent especially in the restaurant. Food was very well prepared and presented also reasonably priced. Entertainment was good fun. Hotel is aimed at the older customer.
Room 44 was a bit small for a double as was the ensuite but ok for a short stay.
