There is nothing to dislike about this hotel. Everywhere is spotless and staff extremely friendly. The breakfasts are superb .

We thought the Bedford was well situated in St.Annes. Our room was lovely and spacious and well appointed. The rooms in the hotel were well furnished and very clean. The food in the dining room was well served and was very good. We will definitely come again.

The food was good, The hotel was clean ( considering it is an old building) My bathroom was modern and well equipped, bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly,helpful and would always chat. Represented value for money. Location was good for the town centre

My room had no view, window looked out on to the next building (approx a metre away) Parking was a bit tight so I parked on main road. No entertainment.

Decor very tired, needs major updating, there should not be carpet in the bathroom very un-hygienic, pigeons in ceiling above our room, so much and many they woke us up early every morning. That must be a huge health no no

We thought the service was excellent, all the staff were very friendly & could'nt do enough for you. The room was good & beds comfortable.The food was 1st class.We will definitely stay again, probably for a midweek break next time.Hotel was also ideally located for enjoying the local area.

The Hotel was Clean and comfortable Food good plenty of choice for breakfast.

Parking was a night mare. We were charged for a third night when I had to return home ill. We did check out before 10.30am. We thought this was a little unfair.

Luxurious bedroom with front views. Comfortable reading Lounge. Excellent breakfast and delicious dinners. Gift of eggs at breakfast, warmth and comfort in bitter weather. Very friendly and helpful receptionists,

I prefer a shower rather than a shower over the bath, but the bathroom was very comfortable.

It was a good relaxing and entertaining break. My 3 year old granddaughter was made very welcome too. My husband and I will stay again.

the staff nothing is to much .the coffee shop ,great just pop in anytime in the day

the bill vat wos added to everthing so my 109 pound a night room wos 127 pound.we ate in the restaurant both nights food great but 8 pound vat drinks put on room bill all had vat added so my 3.30 pint wos 3.80 just didnt think this would be added at the end on my total bill

I thought the hotel was clean, comfortable, with excellent food, also a good coffee shop.

We thought it was super. Love the parrott! The fod was absolutely gorgeous. We'll be back.

We didn't like the bedding, we prefer fitted sheets and a duvet, everything else was super.

A very friendly hotel .The food excellent and plenty of it. We had a very nice bedroom, comfortable, and very clean.The location is very good ,close to shops and the promenade.

A very welcoming staff. An excellent breakfasts election of cereals etc. and a first class English breakfast, freshly made and served by a very friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel to friends.

The room was comfortable but as large as iq expected it to be.

It was comfortable and provided all amenities such as refreshments,hairdryer,morning paper etc. Staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.I have already recommended the hotel to friends/family

friendliness of staff, cleanliness of all parts of hotel, with touches of luxury. comfortable beds, with lovely furniture, curtains, mirrors, etc in room. Nice dining room, tables settings perfect. Good selection of fruit, cereals, yogurt, croissants etc, as well as wide choice of cooked breakfasts. Comfortable lounge, again luxuriously furnished. We have stayed in many hotels in St.Anne's but the Bedford is by far the best.
