Very good,
Score from 240 reviews
“ Although it was a cheap internet deal, it was lovely to have been given a room with a view when I asked. The free WiFi worked !! Travelling solo as a woman can be a little intimidating some times, but it was small enough to be friendly, and feel safe. ”

Took my girlfriend to blackpool for her birthday and was pleasantly surprised when we arrived the staff were always really friendly and helpful, the room was great value for money considering they had a pool and sauna inside, the also had free wifi, pool table and tv/bar and restaurant downstairs, the room was really comfortable was a bit warm but nothing opening the window doesnt fix and I didnt mind it as most other hotels are really cold in the rooms, had a tv and tea/coffee making facilities and an en suite bathroom would stay there again no problem

It was a very comfortable little hotel. We got a very cheap internet deal at the last minute but still received a room with a beautiful sea view. The en-suite was good which i am very critical of whenever i stay at a hotel and the breakfast, which was included in the price, was good. I became really ill during my stay from something i had picked up before we went away and the staff were very helpful and reassuring and we will be returning to this hotel when we visit the area again. The only proper critisism i have is that the cooked breakfast wasnt very vegetarian friendly. I only had the option of eggs if i wanted something cooked. However they did also have toast, cereal, yoghurts and fruits so i didnt go hungry.

With regard to the room it is was clean and tidy. The English breakfast was value for money. The Internet broadband was OK and on the whole our stay at the Bedford Hotel was pleasant. As for the towels of the room, we have never seen before that in order to save the washing, the Hotel excused for eco-friendly reasons. Anyway, to be fair enough they give you the option of change the towels. The staff, from our point f view did not seem very pleasant (apart from the young lad of the canteen). On our second day, the English breakfast was served in a rush and seems that the staff wanted their clients out of the dining room as soon as possible. Also, the milk on the server jar was off.

Nice rooms, indoor swimming pool, 10minute walk to the tower and shops. Was at the quieter north side promenade but had easy access to shops via a short walk or tram/bus The room got a bit warm during the night so a fan or air conditioning would of been nice. We opened the window but the traffic was a bit loud!

I was pleasantly surprised with the Bedord Hotel having stayed in blackpool many times in budget accomodation I decided as I was travelling with my girlfriend I would spend a little more. The hotel is located on the sea front (around 20 metres from the beach) The sea views allow excellent views of the sea and in warmer weather this allows you to leave the window open so you can relax to the waves crashing at night. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the tower area, close enough to be quiet at night but near enough to allow you to not need a taxi at night. If you do need a taxi then this is around £3.50 to get to the tower maximum, however as the hotel is on the sea front this is also on the route for the tram or bus. The pool with Jacuzzi were advertised however there is a £3 surcharge for the sauna. Breakfast was excellent with a full English every day with additional options such as cereal, juices yogurts etc available. Rooms were cleaned and towels changed daily. The hotel comprises of various relaxing areas, a large bar and entertainment area with pool table. One of the better hotels in Blackpool.

The staff were very friendly especially at reception. The lift. We were on the 3rd floor and on our last day the lift wasn't working and it was difficult with the bags. My husband is over 70 and he struggled.

Great location, only ten minutes walk to north pier. Close to the town centre but far enough away to be able to enjoy a quieter stay. Good parking facilities. The room was quite small but clean and comfortable. On arrival we were allocated a sea view room which was a pleasant suprise. Would definately stay here again, hopefully for longer next time and take advantage of the pool etc. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It was clean and the beds were comfy The location is also really good Staff did accommodate our requests for sea view. Breakfast was nice. Free parking. Had a lovely break. Hadn't been hoovered but it didn't matter too much. All and all could do with a little lick of paint but can't complain
