The room was great as there were 5 of us and we were all able to stay together. Breakfast was very good. The room was far too hot and we couldn't get into the radiator to turn it down as it had a radiator cover on it

Good value for money, good reception staff very helpful, and breakfast choices were very good.. The access to the rooms from the outside door could be more secure. It would have been nice to have access to the dinning area from the inside of the building instead of walking outside, especially when raining.

Friendly and comfortable. Great breakfast. Not the best neighborhood but safe just the same. Eateries and shops close by. I've stayed there before and I will again.

Good breakfast and clean. We booked the Beech Mount Hotel, Liverpool for two nights 26th & 27th of April 2013, but due to unforeseen circumstances were only able to stay for one. These unforeseen circumstances were essentially a malfunctioning key card. This meant that the individual at the reception attempted, with 3 different key cards – including the master one, to open up our door, all unsuccessfully, when we arrived back early on Saturday evening. Having then attempted to replace the card machines with one aa battery, they then realized that three were required. When this ‘solution’ failed we were told that the manager would have to be contacted, and that he’d be able to fix it as soon as he got there. We waited for over an hour and a half in the front room with our complimentary Cola drinks, of which we had to ask for a glass to drink from, rather than straight from the bottle. Throughout that hour we were told that it would only be “5 more minutes”, which then turned in to, “oh it’ll only be 20 more minutes”. We both individually went to the receptionist to see if there had been any solution found, and we were both snapped at (by the individual we thought from our check-in the day previously, was the manager) and found the treatment very disrespectful, despite only asking if they had found a solution and if we could get our bags out. This nearly two hour waiting meant that we missed our dinner reservation. Having finally gotten the door open (by the manager climbing through the open window in the room and opening the door from the inside) we were able to retrieve our bags, we insisted that we get a full refund, or another available room. Unfortunately they were fully booked and couldn’t offer us another room. Also seeing, as the door could not be locked correctly they would have to get a replacement handle.

Location Breakfast was fresh and hot. Size of room. First room had blocked toilet. Second room had wallpaper coming off the walls. In both rooms the TV was small, fixed to wrong wall so unable to view from bed. Hard to park.

The location. The fact our key didn't work when we returned at night and we had to be let in by a grumpy member of staff who said would return with new key in 5 mins, 3/4 of an hour later went to bed he never arrived, again at breakfast everything was a trouble to staff. Bed so uncomfortable. Tv to high to see screen on wall.

Breakfast was quite good Walls were paper thin and we had neighbours who returned at 4:00am and who proceeded to be very noisy. I didn'ty get much sleep during the night so did not feel rested at all. Whilst I accept this wasn't directly in the control of the hotel there should be measures in place to ensure guests get a restful nights sleep.

It did not off dinner facilities and there was only a Witherspoons within walking distance (No thank you) or a Frank and Bennies which was a ten minute drive. The Staff advised that they knew of nothing else so we had to do a twenty minute drive to the nearest restaurant. The Beech mount is not in the country and my wife and I were surprised there were no eating places near it and further more in their location why did they not offer food as they clearly had the means and restaurant area
