Comfort and cleanliness of room. Ability to park off road. Privacy. Did not see a single other person - it was unmanned accommodation. That my room was on the top floor (I had a lot of luggage).

Excellent place for a no nonsceince short stay in Liverpool. Location wasn't any issue to me as parking was much more of a needed issue. Price wise you couldn't fault the place so what if the double bed was 2 twins put together I have seen this in many many hotels throuout England and it really is no issue. You could do a lot worse at a much more expensive price if you stay anywhere else in Liverpool. Free wifi was a great addition and it was also of a decent speed 20mb whcih made any work I had to do a nice pleasantg task. If I ever visit again this would be the first place I would look to stay.

Clean These suites need some maintenance. Bathroom tiles broken, and door handle coming off. Bathroom wall fittings falling off. One wardrobe handle missing.

Comfy beds and an alright location, only about a 10 minute drive to the city. Kitchen on each floor, which was fully equipped with everything you needed to cook. A fridge is in the room and tv with lots of channels. Room was run down - walls chipping and peeling. Bathroom was very small - hard to move around. Fire alarm going off too often due to people smoking. Kitchen was out side of rooms on each floor which was always messy due to work man who I think might stay there on a regular basis. But overal was a good place to stay just to sleep and clean up.

Big, comfortable rooms, very clean, decent location. There is no on-hand reception and no keys involved (which they don't tell you on the site) this would be a great idea if they sent you the email with the codes for the main door and your room door before you arrive...

Deception of "Hotel Suites". It was a large house with no lifts (not mentioned), rooms advertised as suites with kitchen facilities, ironing etc...never found ironing facility. No face to face person or reception, just given a code for front door and code for room door by calling the Hotel affiliated which is several miles away in Liverpool City. Staff not obliging, informed that kitchen facility was available on each floor, which when we found was dirty and unkempt. Our room was an electrical disaster waiting to happen...etc. etc. etc. etc. and staff totally uninterested in our concerns as they had our money and there really wasn't anyone to complain to other than by phone. Very disappointing.

The facilities were excellent especially with the use of the small kitchen, which was very well equipped. The decor and style of the rooms was very appealing and all rooms were exceptionally clean. As we had never stayed in Liverpool before the location was useful for the town center as well as being quiet enough to sleep undisturbed. The size of the beds were fantastic and all bedding was pristine. The extra bedding in the cupboards was excellent. Also the bathroom was lovely and we appreciated the heating being on a suitable temperature in there. The size was excellent and the shower excellently clean. It was hard to believe we had paid a minimum amount for the quality of the hotel and feel we certainly had value for money. Our only criticism was that only one of the TV's worked out of the 3 rooms we booked.

There was a keypad and I was given codes - this meant no keys to loose and my daughter had the codes so we could come back independently I was sure it said there was a kitchenette - but there was not one in the room. The lack of plug sockets made putting the kettle on difficult as it was on an extention lead that was not long enough to rest on a surface due to the length of the other cables plugged in to it.

The room was clean and the use of a kitchen is a ggod idea. The towel rail was broken, no light bulb in one of the bedside lamps. As there are no staff on the premises I did not feel totally safe or secure for instance if there had been a problem while staying there. The hotel is a lot further out of town than it implies in the hotel description.

The location was good. The room was very pleasant. There was a facility for self catering although this was not used by us.The beds were very comfortable and the whole place was very clean. My wife and I had everything that we needed for a short stay. We had the freedom to come and go as we wished and were tied to Breakfast time, dinner time etc. The lighting in the room was poor. There was free parking on the premises but this was limited to 3 vehicles. If there was a problem, and there was not, there were no staff on hand to report to.

I booked in at sister accommodation which was not great so called reception at beech mount grove suites...I Asked to be moved& the young lady on duty was excellent.. She told me to change accommodation and she was very helpful when I arrived. I was given a nicer room and she moved her car so I could park on hotel car park. Excellent young lady. Room was good but hotel seemed to be full of Manuel workers who took up most of car park with vans. Lots of door slamming ! Walls thin.. Can hear everything inc. Going to toilet (not what you want ) also fire alarms going off several times during the night into early hours!! Sleep deprivation on a grand scale! It's like a student house but for workers! Not a place you may want to stay if you value peace & quiet! I stayed 3 nights & had little sleep ( was working at hospital so worn out ) however I can't fault the staff as non of my complaints were their fault.

Although the room was to a fair level of cleanliness, the booking.com website was very misleading with the location. As it showed pictures of the place with a bar, which we found to be a 5 minute drive away. There was no staff whatsoever at this hotel they were all in the main hotel once again a five minute drive away.Breakfast??? If they did breakfast their was no information on it and it was once again probaly in the main hotel five minutes away!

Comfortable bed. Kitchen facilities, Nicely decorated. Parking was initially a problem as there were several large white vans filling the space, but one was eventually persuaded to move. Driving from the location to anywhere is a bit of nightmare if you don't know Liverpool. The strong springs on three doors made it difficult to get in and out with our luggage. Available door stoppers might help. The house alarm went off around 6 am, ending our first night's sleep.

I stay here several times ayear when visiting relativesI in this area. I prefer the "suites" to standard hotels although I rarely "cook" anything other than coffee (I bring a cafetiere) the fridge is useful. The standard of rooms is a bit variable but non is unacceptable. I also like the off street parking. Occasional problem with room entry codes but reception at the main hotel can sort it so not a big deal.
