Location - good for Sefton Park. Nice room.
People who lock themselves out of the building ring random doorbells which sounds the phone in other people's bedrooms in the middle of the night. Doors in building slam noisily when they close.
I booked this hotel last minute as a place simply to put our heads down whilst we had a one night visit to Liverpool. The place was easy to find and there was offhh road parking close by. A door code was given the day before for both the main door and room door. When we entered the room code in the lock did not feel secure and was slightly wobbly. The room was nice inside and provided towels. There was no shampoo or conditioner and the lead from the hairdryer just hung down not attached to any electrical socket. We returned home from our night and went to bed. Around 12 we heard people attempting to get into our room, despite shouting to them that they clearly had the wrong room they persisted to try and shockingly managed to open the door before realising they were in the wrong location. This is seriously worrying that other people could gain access to our room and if we weren't there to stop them we aren't sure if they would of burgled us or were simply drunk and lost their bearings. The place other than that was fine to rest our heads but would not recommend!!!
Other people in hotel were causing trouble, manager of hotel didn't sort out situation professionally and was very biased and didn't provide us with an alternative
Taxis cost £5.50 into town centre through Delta Taxi's. Beds were clean and comfy, room was tidy. Overall good stay.
1 bed was broken in 1 of the rooms, was abit pricey for the standard of accommodation.
The rooms were very clean
The walls were like paper - young people were coming and going all night, our group were woken every hour
Spacious room and decent sized beds. Located quite close to the centre if you drive or willing to take a bus.
Squeaky bed for the double bed and 1 single bed. Only 1 single bed didn't squeak.
It's was a nice big cosy room bed was cosy, room was nice an warm all the time we were there had a nice stay
The boiler or the toilet tank keeped makin a big loud noise when other ppl I building was using toilets or showers in there room think the tank was in r room or close, don't think the money they asked for was reasonable for the room tbh but I would go back if it was at a reasonable price
Room spacious, clean.
Room had no double glazing.Road constantly busy. Traffic none stop until 4am SUnday morning. Very little sleep.due to being on the front of the house. No breakfast available, had to look for cafe.
Very convenient. Easy to come and go as you please.
I don't think there was wifi though to be fair I could have missed something.
Everything you need was at hand parking too
All round fair but disappointed withstay
No TV Working in the 21st century we now live in and room very cold in middle of winter feeling uncomfortable throughout stay Phoned about TV Without any one looking in to it which is disappointing to say the least.
Very good sized room.Comfortable bed.
Very little parking.Noisey fridge in room.Room was overlooking the busy road so traffic noise all night.
We were assigned Room 1. This was a lovely room and beautifully furnished. My wife really liked it. It was warm and had all the facilities that we would require for a short stay.
1. Parking was poor. 2. The room was poorly maintained eg the towel ring was broken, there was no plug for the sink, there was no plug for the hair dryer just a wire that had been cut.
value for money wifi
closer to busy road room not cleaned on daily basis
On phoning the hotel I was given both codes by a very helpful gentleman.
Wasn't sent a code for the entrance or my room.
it was clean, the location was good for the purpose for which I came and that was to attend a course at the LACE conference centre
there was no proper duvet the room was cold- I was sent an email with the wrong code for the front door.-
I was unable to stay as I didn't recieve the email with the guest house codes as it is an unmanned hotel. After having paid in full and not receiving the codes I have asked for a refund but have since had no reply from ullet suites! What a disgusting service!!!
beds clean and comfy and as room at back of house no road noise.W ere able to check in early and could come and go as we wished.
tv didn't work and had to unplug fridge to find this out. lack of sockets meant boiling kettle on bedside table. at £100 a night it didn't compare well wih hotel which was cheaper and included breakfast. bit student bedsit really.
The exterior looks run down and dirty From the outside the net curtains look dirty The house next door is so much smarter
Family rooms were very spacious. Would recommend any family or group of friends to stay here.
They changed the bed sheet and attempted to make it liveable but cleaning the bathroom. That is all.
No reception! a Laminate poster to ring a reception that give u codes for the entrance and your room, no key! Felt like I was in a hostel! We even left the luggage in the car to check it out first as it looked awful from outside. Once in the room looked clean enough and I was greatful it had a ensuite bathroom, if it was a shared one I would have slept in the car! Decided to stick it out as it did look clean. But the longer we stayed the more I realised we wasn't the only ones in the room! All Different colour and massive sized ladybirds! I found 4 in total stuck around in different places. God know how many I would have found If I went searching! Then to make matters worse the toilet didnt flush. Couldn't be bothered ringing the number for the 'so called reception' which was clearly was not on site so had to use the kettle water down the loo to make it go. £80 I paid and I believe this place shouldn't be a hotel but somewhere for the homeless or at least charge £20! And that's just for washing the sheets and cleaning the bathroom! Horrid! Never again! Learnt my lesson pictures can be decieving!!
Everything. Clean beds towels rooms etc couldn't fault it.
When arrived the outside area looked a bit run down NOT the hotel just the area. Only parking for a couple of cars in the hotel.
clean room's free tea coffee water / clean bedding/ comfortable beds/kitchen facilities the security of this place needs to be strong as read my review on what our experience was like
looks shabby from outside inside isn't to bad dirty rugs on the floor (trippin hazard)not enough electrical sockets, i could go on n on but its not worth the time to write , but what i will say is the security in this place is terrible we stayed here in room 2 and room 8 a party of 6 of us . 3 in each room . we booked in for sat 11th oct for 1 night and im so pleased it was 1 night only . the guests i had in room 2 were woken by a asian/ithiopian guy who gained entry into this room at 5 45 am on the sunday morning , my friend who was sleeping in the double bed was terrified once she realized there was a man standing in the door way who asked her 'is evrything ok' her reply was yer then been half asleep she realised n shouted at him to get out my room then another 2 guys appeared by then the girls in the room were petrified and didnt have a contact number to ring for security , these 6/8 men were hanging about in the lobby smoking n shouting then went outside n started pressing number 2 intercom so the telephone in room 2 just kept ringing n ringing . by 8am these girls rang us as we were in room 8 and told me to ring the hotel or police they told me what had happened and i was terrified for there safety because these ppl should not of been able to gain entry into a room they didnt have a code for , we are puzzled into how these come across the security code for our room this is now in the hands of the police as these girls could of been harmed. i hope this hotel checks there CCTV if any and find these culprits .these girls could of been hurt because of these men this shud not of happened . or there items bags stolen . i am awaiting a reply from this hotel ive not even had an appology so ive reported to booking.com for it to be investigated and i want to log a complaint i will never ever recommend this place to any1 who plan's on staying here so pleased be very very cautious when booking this hotel.
The rooms were clean and tidy
The location was far from town The fact it was unmanned was wrong The toilet didnt work the fridge kept me awake the road noise was bad the bed was the most disterbing ever the shower was too small the lighting to get into rooms was non existant so trying to enter your room code was impossible
