Bryan &Lorraine excellent hosts, nothing is too much trouble for them. Although we were early our room was ready and we were given a welcoming cup of tea and biscuits.room and linen spotless clean, bed comfortable.Breakfast was cooked to order and was plentiful with extra tea or toast offered.Lorraine makea a point of chatting to all guests to make sure they are having a good time.Only stayed for one night buy would have liked to stay longer, would definitely go again, and free car parking!
Great place to stay with lovely helpful owners.
Lovely owners a warm welcome and nothing too much trouble. Everything immaculately clean. Rooms comfortable and just what you'd want in a good value b&b you can't beat the price. Super breakfast too all good quality and cooked to order
Some of the rooms are small but at this price you can't fault it
Bryan and Lorraine were very nice, made you feel very welcome. I loved the place my room was cosy just what i wanted, the view was nice enough i could see the lights from there. Getting to the place was easy enought. Nothing was too much trouble for them Bryan even offered to carry my bag up the stairs which was very nice.
there was nothing that i didn't like
A warm & friendly welcome from Bryan & Lorraine. Excellent quiet location with on site parking. Extremely clean & comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Good advice given re public transport.
We really liked the owners, kind and helpfull. Breakfast was lovely.
The room was minuscule, the double bed pushed against a wall, had to climb over each other to get in ! The shower was so small my husband couldn't move. Insufficient warm bedding, very thin bath towels! Made a booking for £50 a night was charged £55 with no explanation, very disappointed as we booked this hotel based on the excellent reviews! No one was there on our arrival, had to wait to be checked in, granted not long, but didn't apritiate being locked out.
Owner's great . hotel great . food great . Location great. rooms great.
Super welcome. No problem to park and leave the car. Convenient and quiet location suited us perfectly. Lovely breakfast. Would recommend to others for a short break.
Greeted on arrival nothing too much trouble slept really well as away from hustle and bustle and the breakfast was anazing
very friendly and helpful hosts plentiful breakfast clean and comfy only five minute walk to closest tram stop
Our stay on 13/09/2014 Lorraine and Brian first welcomed us to their delightful hotel, told us where to buy unlimited tram tickets from a shop just across the road, then showed us to our very clean and comfortable room.the breakfast on Sunday morning was very good,we were going to the tower ballroom on checking out and was very pleased when Lorraine let us keep our car parked in the car park even though we would not be back until 4.30pm will defiantly use again when in blackpool.susan and john.
Really warm welcome with coffee and biscuits on arrival, the cleanliness of the hotel was second to none. Would recommend and stay again.
Booked a single room for a single night whilst visiting family in the area. Would normally go for a larger hotel but this caught my eye on booking.com for low price yet good reviews. Really pleasantly surprised, very warm welcome, the owners couldn't do enough and everything was immaculate. Very comfortable double bed in single room and super breakfast. Only a stone's throw from the promenade in a peaceful area of the north shore. The free onsite car park was welcome. Having overslept the checkout time, (after a rather heavy and late night out) and coming down the stairs a little sheepishly, the owners insisted on making me a breakfast and really went out of their way to be helpful. This hotel is a little nugget that I will not forget and recommend it highly to any with discerning tastes.
Treated like family, when I get the chance to go back to Blackpool, this is where I am staying. Excellent B&B accommodation, excellent food and lovely family that run it.
Beechcliffe was lovely hotel Victorian property most of the original character tastefully blended with modernisation very clean owners fantastic very wam & welcoming nothing 2 much trouble fab breakfast will defiantly stay again thank u Lorraine & Brian

Nothing was a lovely stay.
Very friendly and polite family run business. Provided a great cooked English breakfast.
They could not do any think better. Gave a comfort of home for me and my wife 10 out 10.Food exerlent dining room clean table food well presented all you need to have a good break or holiday for all.Wold redbook.
Wardrobe needed in the room.
Me and two of my friends stayed here for one night. The staff were extremely helpful. The location is fine, there is a tram stop 30 seconds from the hotel that takes you straight up to the main attractions. Lorraine (the owner) told is about a day ticket you can buy, £3.50 and you can go up and down the front as much as you like! You can buy these from a shop 30 seconds away from the b&b. The free carpark is highly convenient as parking in Blackpool would of been a total nightmare. Breakfast was made to order and looked lovely (I only had toast but my mates said it was unreal). Cereal and fresh juice was also available. On our second day we were going to the pleasure beach (where you have to pay to park), Lorraine kindly let us remain parked at the b&b, obviously if they are busy this might not always be possible, however it just shows the kind nature of these lovely owners. This is an extremely friendly, clean, accessible b&b. If you are staying in Blackpool then you really shouldn't stay anywhere but here! Absolute bargain.
There is nothing bad that can be said - hotel was spotless, service was excellent. Bryan and Lorraine made sure that the stay was very pleasant. Would throughly recommend it.
