Well established 3-star hotel with a fantastic restaurant, private parking and close to the center of Grimsby. The Beeches Hotel has 18 comfortably furnished bedrooms, all with a private bathroom and free Wi-Fi access. The Rosette awarded restaurant is open seven days a week and with the hotel, guests can have the sole use for weddings, christenings and private functions. The location is perfect for my business needs and I was able to add a night without any problem. I have stayed on several occassions and standards have never dropped. The food is excellent with a choice of a la carte or lighter menu in the evening which gives flexibilty if on tight budgets. Overall very good value.

We approached our stay with some misgivings due to very mixed reviews and some negative comments about plumbing, surly staff, uncomfortable beds together with other guests singing praises. Being quite worldly travelled staying at top end hotels, I can say quite categorically that the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room which had obviously recently been refurbished, was very well appointed. The bed was comfortable, there was an up to date flat screen tv, lots of tea and coffee supplies and a lovely bathroom with a good power shower. The full English breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in any standard of hotel. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We had room 5 which was a good size, plenty of space for us to unpack, take time out and refresh from our journey and have a cuppa. Breakfast cooked to order, not buffet style, so lovely and hot when served. We are both Coeliac but this was not as staff knowledgable and able to serve breakfast to suit our dietry requirments. Definately book again.

Didn't spend too much time in the hotel due to visiting family. Its overall appearance is pleasant to the eye and the staff were friendly. There was a musty smell in the bedroom. Damp smell. Had to put radiator on to try and help get rid of the smell, even opened the window but neither worked. The corridor also had a strange damp/musty smell. This was the only fault but sadly spoilt our stay and we would not want to return. The rest of the hotel looked very nice. Breakfast was good.

Good location handy for all amenities in Grimsby and Cleethorpe. Hotel/room was immaculately clean, modern, very friendly staff, well cooked breakfast with lots of choice, enjoyed stay.

We have stayed twice before and yet again found the beeches to be really good value for money the breakfast is freshly prepared and nicely presented and I defy anyone to complain about the quality or quantity. The hotel is small and located 5 minutes from town center the room and bathroom were clean,comfortable,warm and welcoming .The staff are friendly and helpful and I would recommend this hotel to anybody wishing to visit the area. The price of a two night stay, was excellent value. Very clean & tidy, Staff friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay again No means of obtaining cash . Cash machine across road at Post Office.
