Es liegt ausserhalb der City und doch ist man schnell zu Fuß im Centrum. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet und das Frühstück gut. Da unser Zimmer nach vorne zu einer vielbefahrenen Straße lag war es bei geöffnetem Fenster ziemlich laut. Das Hotelgäste für das betreten des Victorian Garden aufgefordert werden Eintritt zu bezahlen. Ich wäre gerne öfter dort spazieren gegangen, hatte aber keine Lust jedes mal 2 Pfund zu zahlen. |

Alle Mitarbeiter des Beeches sind sehr serviceorientiert und freundlich. Es herrscht eine sehr gastfreundliche Atmosphäre. Es liegt sehr zentral zur City und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Ich bin bereits zum dritten Male in diesem Hotel und habe bei jedem Aufenthalt gesundheitiche Probleme mit allergischen Symptomen. Ich vermute Schimmelpilze, da im Bad ganz deutliche Spuren von Schimmel waren. Aus den o.g. Gründen würde ich gern auch im nächsten Jahr wieder in diesem Hotel buchen und beschreibe deshalb das Problem so genau. Vielleicht kann etwas dagegen getan werden. |

The breakfast room is light and airy and the staff most helpful. The shower at the hotel was just like a trickle and I had no where in the bathroom to hang any towels which was somewhat bizarre! The bed felt like a heavy elephant had jumped on it as when I lay down to sleep the matress nearly touched the floor. |

Very modern, excellent self catering facilities for anyone wanting a city break and/or relaxing weekend. Even comes with sunken bath and plasma tv. |

The location and setting are the best I have found in my recent trips to Norwich, visiting my sons at university. I like the hotel itself too and found it great value for money. Cheap, hard pillows! |

very helpful & pleasant staff(especially receptionist), lovely room, very good breakfast,excellent proximity to shops etc. Noise of guests(?) using outside garden area late (1:00am) and again next morning at 5:00am. Night staff should ask these guests to be sensitive to sleeping guests. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The Hotel was ideally located for visiting the city without having to use the car. All amenities close by. The room was clean and nicely decorated but the bed would have benefitted from a new matress - a bit lumpy and uncomfortable! |

The excellent location, the ease of of parking and the helpfulness of the staff. The shower was very low pressure, and the traffic noise made worse by an outer window that didn't close properly |

The hotel was fine, it did what it said on the can, as it were. Areas for improvement: 1. A desk in the room where I could sit and work at my computer. 2. Relocate the shower head in the shower. 3. Availability of light snacks after 9.00pm for those weary travellers who arrive late. 4 A better selection of TV channels - I missed my favourite TV show. |

Our hotel of choice for Norwich. Excellent location, within easy walking distance of the city centre. Free parking. Very friendly staff and an excellent range of accommodation to suit most budgets & tastes. Rooms always spotless. Beautiful gardens. Our 3rd time here. |
