I liked being so near to the town centre. Even though the hotel is on a busy road, the room was away from the traffic and very quiet. The adjoining Victorian Grradens were lovely. |

The Hotel and gardens was lovely. The food and Service with breakfast was very good. The receptionist was not very welcoming. |

Helpful receptionist and also very helpful night porter - told us how to get to the nearest pub selling real ale! Easy walking distance to theatre (reason for our trip). |

Easy access to the city centre The fact that the curtains in the room were ragged due to having been burnt by the sun and the window frames were badly in need of replacement was somewhat off-putting. |

Victorian Gardens delightful; a quiet pleasant oasis. Receptionist extremely helpful, even when working under pressure and willing to cope with our needs. Room 54 - noise above on both nights was unacceptable; remedial action needs to be taken ie extra, adequate insulation against noise. |

Great central location, beautiful gardens and very helpful staff. Decor rather tired and bed mattress uncomfortable. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. A walk round the gardens was well worth taking, a serene place for just relaxing in but with many beatiful features . |

The hotel is located close to Norwich City Centre, the airport and train station. Acceptable 3* - don't expect anything more. |

The breakfast room and small bar area were quite nice and the breakfast was not too bad The bathroom in our room was very dated and was in desperate need of upgrading. There was mould around some of the tiles, the toilet cistern took about 10 minutes to refil we even had to fill the cistern with the kettle to allow us to flush the toilet properly. There were 2 or 3 hugh cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and the bed was most uncomfortable. |

As a very regular user over many years of hotels in the UK & internationally I regard Beeches Hotel as a class act for an inexpensive stay and being so very close to the centre of Norwich is a major advantage. |

The Victorian Gardens were wonderful. The staff were very nice and competent within reason. The room was comfortable. Location was also excellent for my purposes. The hotel advertised that they had wireless available in the bar and plug in internet in the rooms. I choose at this hotel on the basis of these assurances as I was in Norwich on business. There were no plugs in the room. The staff said there was now wireless in the room and indeed there was a wireless antena sitting in the foyer of the building. It was not plugged in to the internet. |

Difficulty in finding, sat nav took us to other end of road. Hotel said it was a common problem. Room hot and stuffy, only one window would open but then very noisey from road outside. Sounded like water running on to a tin roof all night. Bulbs out in bathroom and bathroom door off its hinges.Very disturbed sleep ended up very tired after our stay as no sleep due to the noise and heat. |

We stay here all the time when in Norwich - the location is the major plus. Peace and quiet of the gardens, whilst being on the edge of all the action - a good array of shops and restaurants. Do not like the late check in time of 4 p.m. |
