Personalet var meget hjelpsom, man fikk en følese av å være hjemme :)

Det kunne ha vært mindre støv på rommet, det hang spindelvev fra taket og et lite støvlag på lampene. Ellers var rommene rene og ryddige

Good welcome at Reception

Very disorganised at breakfast tables not cleared and reset. Waited 35 min to have order taken at breakfast.

we stayed at the beeches because it was within easy reach to the theatre royal and was good value for money

The Hotel and gardens was lovely. The food and Service with breakfast was very good.

The receptionist was not very welcoming.

Helpful receptionist and also very helpful night porter - told us how to get to the nearest pub selling real ale! Easy walking distance to theatre (reason for our trip).

Victorian Gardens delightful; a quiet pleasant oasis. Receptionist extremely helpful, even when working under pressure and willing to cope with our needs.

Room 54 - noise above on both nights was unacceptable; remedial action needs to be taken ie extra, adequate insulation against noise.

Great central location, beautiful gardens and very helpful staff.

Decor rather tired and bed mattress uncomfortable.

Friendly staff, well organised, close proximity to the City.

The breakfast room and small bar area were quite nice and the breakfast was not too bad

The bathroom in our room was very dated and was in desperate need of upgrading. There was mould around some of the tiles, the toilet cistern took about 10 minutes to refil we even had to fill the cistern with the kettle to allow us to flush the toilet properly. There were 2 or 3 hugh cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and the bed was most uncomfortable.
