Friendly hosts Carol and Terry made our stay very enjoyable. We were comfortable and well catered for. Best shower in the uk so far!! Breakfast was great. I have to mention the three beautiful family dogs that made an appearance each morning especially the Labradoodle. Not enough room in my suitcase!!!! There are not too many things to dislike about Beechwood but as my husband and I were using a separate bathroom (no ensuite in our room) it was difficult to avoid walking around without making the floorboards creak. I am sure this was a distraction to other guests in the early hours of the morning!

We were made very welcome on arrival and felt really relaxed with our stay with them. They are a really nice couple and made us feel at home. The food was very good as well. We would definately re-book if we are in the area again.

Beautifully appointed rooms, delicious breakfast, meticulous attention to detail and a thoroughly professional attitude combined with warmth and friendliness. A real gem. The only thing that could be better - and it's a very small one - is that it would be nice if you could have a shower more easily in the bathroom. You have to hold the shower attachment, which is slightly awkward. But having a bath is fabulous.

very friendly environment- good attention to detail- very accommodating about needing to check out by 7 am. could have been clearer that "private bathroom" was not an ensuite. and there was not a stand up shower in the bathroom- did not detract from the enjoyment of our stay.

La situation géographique est intéressante ,le B&B est central. La maison est magnifique,les chambres et salle de bains sont luxueuses( rien ne manque!) . Les propriétaires sont absolument des hôtes charmants et adorables . Le petit déjeuner était aussi de qualité Un très beau séjour dans le Sussex c'était parfait !
