Pleasant location within walking distance for sea front, town centre and railway station. Comfortable short stay with a very good full English breakfast cooked to your liking and ample free parking on site.

Only minor issues. Very warm water coming out of the cold tap in the middle of the night. A little fridge in the room would have been nice. Shower just about adequet.

Location was perfect for Littlehampton and Brighton, Staff very helpful.

No walk-in shower - but a good excuse for a lazy bath ...

Location in Worthing was ideal and the balcony attached to the room was good for watching the squirrels and magpies, although a few less cobwebs would have been nice. Good bar area and outside garden which we would have liked more time to enjoy. Staff very friendly and breakfast was braw.

The cooked English breakfast was excellent. The wifi was very fast: it was at least 10 Mbs!

Some of the facilities are in need of an upgrade and therefore I think the price should be lower.

Our superior room was well appointed and comfortable with nice extra touches such as fruit and fresh flowers. We arrived very early and our room was prepared for us immediately. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

Slow hot tap and no shower, only a bath but these are minor points.

I liked virtually each and every aspect of my stay

If I were to have any comment it would be that the hot water came out a bit slow in the sink tap and that the plug got stuck in the sink - but this did detract from my stay in any way

Large airy room. Staff very pleasant and helpful. When I asked for an iron I was shown to the cleaners room and was able to use their facilities. Wifi connection was excellent. Good location about a 5 minute walk into town. Plenty of parking. Great breakfast.

The staff were very friendly, breakfast was excellent and our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There were nice touches in the room, eg fresh fruit, water, tea, coffee, chocolates

Unfortunately our jacuzzi bath lacked bubbles, sink plug broken. Minor things really, but otherwise would have given an excellent all round!

Spacious room but not really worth £150 a night. Breakfast good.

No shower except hand held over bath. Poor hot water pressure in basin. Mattresses rather hard. Hotel needs updating.
