All of it The Staff,The Room,The Food, And Location what a wonderful place to stay.
Great room and breakfast. Had a room at the front of the house with a good view. Staff very friendly and helpful advising us what was near and how to get into St Ives. Carbis Bay beach was very picturesque and getting the train into St Ives an adventure.
Rooms super clean, staffs super friendly, and lovely and cozy breakfast
car park too small all the time had to move my car so peopke could get out, Rooms too small.
Big bright room, very clean and homely, good internet, breakfast very nice too. It was a nice change after being in a tiny London hotel for a week!
The B&B was a short walk to the beautiful Carbis Bay. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming and breakfast was good.
Our room was too small for the two of us. It was fine for one night, however in our opinion, too cramped for longer stays. Better suited to one person.
Excellent Room, Excellent Breakfast. Friendly and very helpful giving information. Even weather was excellent. Thank You!
Nice room decor and large comfortable bed; very friendly and helpful owners.
Overall stay was excellent

Clean rooms Clean towel everyday Breakfast, good valve
No bar facility Difficult to park
The ideal location to see the majority of Southern Cornwall from - great for an escape (both of us coming from London). Great place to recharge the batteries.
bed comfortable bus service good.
room needed updating.
The staff were really kind and helpful. They let me use their computer at reception when mine was playing up, and they did me a bespoke vegetarian breakfast.
The parking was a bit tight.
Comfy spacious room (king size) Modern bathroom Very friendly helpful staff with good local knowledge Convenient location near shop and short walk to beach
Friendly staff, lovely breakfast with great service. Very comfortable stay and quiet nights sleep. St. Ives 20 minute walk (with pushchair and 3yr old) so good location. Bus stops and train very close and handy to travel around.
The hotel is near to bus stop and train station which is only few minutes walk. The room is perfect although it is described as very small double room. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They gave very good suggestions on take away restaurant and places to visit. Besides, you can find a lot of pamplet in the hotel itself. Breakfast served was really nice and able to fulfill our preferences. The hotel also allowed us to store our luggage on our check-out day which make our last tour around St. Ives easier.
The room was not properly cleaned on the day we checked in as hairs can be found all over the carpet and hairdryer. WiFi in the room was not really good. It kept lost connection. TV channel always distrupted and not really much interesting channel on BT.
Great breakfast selection. Great hosts, very welcoming.
Slightly more attention to detail in relation to cleaning the rooms but overall very nice.
Location is good, easy access with car park, breakfast is good, people is good and helpful
no water power on the shower, it dispense 3lts of water in a minute hardly you feel the water, toilet and bathroom are very small, family room is very congested, no air circulation inside the room, if you leave the window open you hear the seagull noise which couldn't sleep. smell on the rooms, they should have some air freshener at least
Our room smelt damp and had a very musty smell, and every door had an annoying squeak. The parking was terrible you felt you couldn't go out in the car for fear of not parking again. On the website they advertised the evening bar which the lady said it was shut because lack of people buying so to much wastage beer, that was one reason for booking for the evening sat on the patio with a beer. The other thing was our family room was on the ground floor next to the reception and the miniscule car park so had constant noise from people talking outside our window and door,so overal very very poor,we feel robbed of our yearly break and very overpriced for the room for the reasons above
Nice comfy bed and pillows. Good choice for breakfast, full English nicely cooked. Very close to Carbis Bay. All in all, good value for money.
Room slightly cramped for two adults & 1 child.
Nothing was too much trouble, staff were really friendly and helpful. It's a lovely walk along the coastal path into Saint Ives that takes in stunning views over Carbis Bay. Or, if you don't fancy the walk there's a regular bus service at £3 return per person.
Nothing to dislike.
Location, everything we needed in the room, excellent breakfast served with a chat and a smile.
Small bathroom with no outside window, needed more ventilation.
Good breakfast, friendly staff, quiet at night, clean rooms.
No bar, the room was a little cramped for a family, but we did'nt spend much time in there.parking is a bit tight. Damp smell in room
The place is nice and clean.our room is just perfect.very near to carbis bay,is just a 10mins walk.but the breakfast is a bit boring.maybe if you could add some pastries it would be great.
