Free on street parking The wardrobe door came off in my hand. The overhead light flickered and could not be used. Receptionist said it had been reported but not fixed. The kettle was balanced on a chair and the tv was plugged in via an extension cable stretched round the room. The carpet was in need of a good clean. The receptionist was wandering about in her pyjamas in the morning and smoking in the hotel. I Forgot to take a copy of the booking confirmation with me showing the room charge. I was overcharged and when I rang up later and provided a copy of the receipt I was given to claim bCk the difference I was called a liar and they denied overpaying me, despite the evidence of the receipt. Their customer service is atrocious and booking.com to have to intervene on my behalf. I certainly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good service and location. The employee is overworked and needs higher salaries and more free time. Good breakfast except dark bread is missing.

The location and the price. The lady there was unable to take card payment and made me go back into the cold to get her cash. It,s ok for the price but if one needs comfort, it is better to pay more and get the comfort. Heating was rationed.however the price was quite good.

Big, old fashion room with a large bay window. There was a nice sofa right in front of it. Comfortable, warm beds close to Glasgow University and Hunter Art Gallery right across the park. The Remi Mackintosh designed apartment and Art School are close enough to walk to if you can handle the hills. Only one reading light to start with but the owner got another one.

Price mostly! Comfortable beds, clean linen and towels, very good price and location - close to Kelvingrove park and SECC. Tatty furnishings and carpet, needs maintenance - we fixed the shower stall, TV arial and toilet seat during our visit. Strong smell of cigarette smoke in entry hall.

good location, in walking distance of centre of town, and easy to access buses. Park nearby, plenty of restaurants in the area. Relatively cheap. Shabby decor. Bed uncomfortable, no soap or bathmat, broken fitments in bathroom.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming - thanks to Tracy and Bunty. The double room I had was very spacious with a newly fitted out bathroom including a fantastic shower. Would highly recommend Beersbridge as top value accommodation. Thanks a lot!
