The staff was very prompt at reorganising our room when we arrived. The staff could have been friendlier. The reception area was unkempt. |

reasonably claen bathroom, newly fitted. Breakfast was not good value for money we had to wait ages while they sent for the chef to come and cook the eggs. only cereals and toast offered. Restaurant needs updating. Rooms were in what can only be described as lego blocks across a car park and we could hear everyones tv in our room. some of the hotel staff also seemed to be staying in these room. We would only give it 2 stars |

We had difficulty finding the hotel in the dark after 9pm as there were no signs clearly indicating the location but they kindly made us toasted sandwiches as we had missed dinner. Small room with no air con, it did get hot overnight and was raining outside so it wasn't a warm night outdoors. More suited to budget accommodation as we had paid similar prices throughout the UK for 3 star hotels which offered better quality facilities. |

easy to find coming off the ferry. the bedrooms although a bit on the small side were clean and tidy. very hard to make out who was staff and who were guests. some sort of uniform maybe would solve this. no ashtray or smoking area for the bedrooms at the back seperate from the main building. staff not the friendliest we'v met. |

The room was well furnished, comfortable and clean with TV en suite etc, and was cleaned thoroughly each day. Most of the staff I met were helpful and friendly. Very useful location in pretty countryside with Folly Farm just up the road and Saundersfoot nearby.Quiet peaceful surroundings I paid for breakfast each day and can't say it was good at £6 per person, I've had much better from 3 star B and B's in the past. No identifiable owner and 'chef' did not seem to be there when needed. Dirty cutlery and glasses too. |

Staff were friendly .Family room large - beds in seperate rooms with a dividing door. Although the room was clean there was a musty smelly which I would assume to be damp previously. The TV and tea and coffee were in the childrens room . |

Our room was very very damp with mould and smelt very very musty. All our clothes smelt musty and felt very damp . The walls were very very thin and we could hear the surrounding rooms which were very noisy and waking us and our children up when they arrived back home at 4.30am... |

Nice casual atmosphere. The room was lovely, very clean and modern. Breakfast was good. Downstairs decor isn't very modern but I liked the relaxed atmosphere it had. This really didn't bother me. |

no comment the breakfast was poorly presented and cooked too early. The staff looked untidy and dirty. The hotel from the road was untidy and in need of some loving care |

They were open for us arriving late. Staff were pleasant. The people in the room above were loud and raucous at 3 in the morning - a stag party? We had young children and a long drive the next day. Breakfast was expensive and the hotel needs renovation. Adequate. The Sat Nav takes you to a trailer park if you enter the hotel's postcode.!!! |
