From reception to bar staff and restaurant staff were excellent .. location was key for us booking as we were flying from belfast international airport and we just had to walk for 2 mins . Beds and bathroom were clean but the curtains and lamp shades need cleaning, especially curtains as they were badly stained ..

Friendly and efficient staff with a nice welcome. Room pleasantly quiet considering location next to Belfast International Airport. Food was slightly disappointing although I ate in the main bar rather than the restaurant and as soon as had finished my starter the main course was served..................I Would have liked 5 mins between courses. There was a large group of Eastern Europeans that allowed their numerous children to "run riot" in the main foyer for over 40 minutes. No one asked them to please be quiet and consider other guests.

The location was perfect from the airport. The staff were very friendly and even though we only stayed one night, it was a very good experience. We hope to come back again soon.

I needed a bed close to Belfast International Airport to catch a very early flight and the hotel is ideally situated walking distance from the gate. I would have preferred a lower price for a single traveller but otherwise OK

We only stayed at the hotel for one night prior to our early departure flight the next day. We found the staff most helpful and attentive and the food, both in the bar in the evening and the breakfast next morning was really good. All in all we enjoyed our stay there, and will certainly be staying again on our next visit to Belfast

The staff were efficient and courteous at check-in. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and the food and drink was excellent. The bar was a little too open and I chose not to stay for a drink as it was rather impersonal. Breakfast the following day was a full Irish and well cooked except for the bacon!

The location you could not fault, straight out of the airport and into the hotel fantastic location. Nice hotel bar to relax in too. Staff were friendly and helpful. The shower/toilet are a bit in need of a refurb, the old shower curtain hanging over the bath for the shower is a bit 70's. Its a good hotel if you need somewhere to spend the night but I would not want to spend more than one night there.

We stayed in the Park Plaza on the night before our first holiday abroad with our 6mth old baby as the hotel is right at the airport. I could not speak more highly of all the staff they did everything in their ability to make it a wonderful stay for us, including dimming the lights in the bar/ restuarant in order to aid or baby going to sleep and even offered to take him a walk round the lobby whilst we got our meal. Exceptional !!! Thank you very much for everything.
