This hotel was booked for access to the airport and as it is just 50mtrs away it was ideal. Comfortable and with good food outlets our stay was perfect for transiting Belfast.

The food was decent but not very good. The rooms were ok but not great. I thought I had asked for two beds and a rollaway but I got 1 bed and a rollaway. I had to purchase a second room. I asked for some breaks from the staff like a free breakfast but they were totally unhelpful. If I knew what the setup was I would have never gone there and I will never return to this hotel.

We stayed there overnight as we had an early flight the following day.We enjoyed our stayand found it very good/ excellent in every way. We particularly found all the staff helpful and friendly which as we are both in our late 70s and incapacitated meant a great deal to us.

The Park Plaza couldn't be any closer to Belfast International Airport unless it was in the terminal building. Walk out of the front door of the hotel and over the zebra crossing, and you're there. Bedrooms are not that well equipped with power points to charge phones, etc. We unplugged a bedside table lamp, only to find it was a round pin socket and not the uk square pin type. It's only a minor gripe but we thought it odd.

From reception to bar staff and restaurant staff were excellent .. location was key for us booking as we were flying from belfast international airport and we just had to walk for 2 mins . Beds and bathroom were clean but the curtains and lamp shades need cleaning, especially curtains as they were badly stained ..

It is right by Belfast airport so convenient. It is expensive for the standards of accomodation and is one of very few hotels that I have stayed in recently that still charges for wi fi.

Yes we would stay again as it is close to family we were visiting and its clean, staff are very helpful and pleasant just the type of place we are use to. We have stayed several times and always enjoyed the stay. Could not get closer to the airport and the food is very good.

The location is perfect for Airport access. We were flying out on an early morning flight and were able to leave our Hertz hire car in next door to the hotel the night before departure and walk the 50m to the terminal next morning. The complimentary wifi is a real bonus The staff were all helpful and courteous The hotel facilities are excellent but although there was nothing to complain about specifically it will need a general refurbishment soon
