Nice and friendly welcome. Exceptionally clean room. Very large bathroom. Good quality TV. The free parking and proximity to tram station for access to Manchester. Fair choice of local eateries in next street, including a Wetherspoons pub if you are on a budget. Unfortunately, the shower wasn't hot enough - very disappointing. Breakfast was fine but could have been more generous ( a lot of beans to fill the plate!). Served with a smile though. |

Belforte House is the perfect place to stay, if you have anything to do in Manchester. Family atmosphere, clean, nice people and fair prices. The tramstation is literally 3 minutes away, so don't worry about staying a little bit outside of Manchster center. In terms of price to value the best place I ever stayed in GB. |

Made to feel welcome on arrival, the room was comfotrable with good quality furnishings. Enjoyed a good cooked breakfast and evening meal from a varied menu. Would definitely recommend the Belforte and would stay here again excellent value. The restaurant was cold. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, family atmosphere with lovely warm fire on arrival. Totally flexible with arrangements and good home made food. A single person travelling felt very comfortable in social areas. |

I was impressed by the warm friendly welcome and the service I received at breakfast and checkout and was grateful for a taxi being booked for me. I loved my room, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and the breakfast very good No but it did take me a while to realise the reason my tv didn't work was because the (hidden) powerpoint was not switched on! |

well the hotel is in a great location next to tram stop in sale greatest of ease getting in and out of old trafford. the hotel was great the owners were great with us from the time we arrived til the time we left . even booked up for next year |

Hotel was quite, breakfast was ok. When I first arraived to the hotel after a tiring flight I was requested to pay the bill in advance, which I didn't like at all. At breakfast next morning I was reminded by the land lady's husband again that I have to pay in advance, which I did, but will never stay there again. Internet service was intermittent and it crashes on you if a certain number of guests were surfing the net at one given time, which makes it highly unpredictable. |

The convenience to the Metrolink and proximity to buses and shops. Would have liked a hairdryer suplied in the room and a plug socket near enough to a mirror to facilitate its use. |
