Staff wasnt that helpful.

The hot tub was lush!!

I only stayed one night... Wish I stayed longer to enjoy the pool etc

The cost of £109 was out ragious for a hotel room that was purchased on the basis of is description on line. The bedlinen was dirty and I will not be taken in by the Hallmark's description of 4 star accomodation again. Neither will I recommend this hotel to others who plan to take flights from Manchester airport. I would rather stay in a no frills one star hotel because I know what I am likely to get. The descriptions are tantamount at best to be misleading and at worst incorrect!

Liked the staff - the atmosphere - the price - the option of pool which we hope to use next time visit Manchester - the style of rooms - although a little tired - bed comfortable for bad back . Would recommend .

Few minor maintenance problems in room which didn't spoil our stay Plus prefer stronger coffee and preferably hot at the first attempt

The staff are all brilliant and the food was of a high standard and came out hot!!

The bedroom was too hot and had no control over temperature.

good check-in service very reasonable price but a perfect example of you get what you pay for and not much more good room service food

rooms need TLC despite recent redevelopment musty smell, old fashioned decor money spent in the wrong places, lobby decor trying to be malmaison but not quite hitting it and rooms are a real let down terrible TV service

Lovely friendly staff, wonderful meal at night for £20 per head. Great breakfast too. Well positioned for shopping. I would recommend this hotel to others without hestitation.

Good value breakfast. The bedroom was clean and functional.

The elevator was allways unavailable due to other guests leaving the manual doors open on other floors. It was clear that this problem had been ongoing for some considerable time.

It is convenient for the airport but is not so close that you feel the planes will fly past your window. Food is good and having access to a swimming pool is great. Rooms are clean and comfy.

Getting to it from the M56 can feel a bit convoluted as you travel down several residential lanes to get there.

Nice hotel with good facilities, plenty of parking, all the staff from check in to check out were friendly, we chose hotel because we had our 4 yr old grandson with us and it had a pool - really nice and would stay again

1. We requested a room change after our first night - toilets both opened into living areas - there were no extractors in toilets. 2. The second room was a little better but again toilets opened into living ares - again no extractors in toilets 3.the rooms were Executive and supposed to be the best in the hotel 4. The breakfast was a very poor quality with products poorly heated and were left in trays for far too long ( fried eggs)

Clean, comfortable, warm rooms...especially swimming area. Hearty breakfast with plenty of choice. Overall fit for purpose and good value for money.

Lift not always working as people forgot to close inner door inspite of the sign.

Location was perfect, plenty of parking close to reception. Room was nicely decorated although the bathroom in need of some maintenance. Staff were friendly enough, good food in the restaurant, but a little pricey.

Noisy air-con fans outside of single glazed window (Room 203) meant not a very good nights sleep. Shower attachment was broken and extractor fan didn't work.

Very very small bathroom. View of piles of rubbish from ground floor bedroom window. Scant supplies on tea tray. We were not there prior to a holiday flight next day, but did feel like sleep and fly room!

Lovely hotel and breakfast was excellant plenty of choice.

The spa was dated and could do with a revamp.

Everything good except cold. Staff friendly and helpful and breakfast nice!

We were freezing in the room especially overnight. In the morning our baby's hands were like little ice blocks!

The bedroom was bitterly cold and even though I had my heating on full, I could not get the room warm. Also, there was no shaver point in the bathroom which was a nuisance. No radiator in the bathroom and a heated towel rail that did work, this meant that the bathroom was very cold.

Comfortable, very stylish and relaxing

worst dinner ever, my choice was a bad choice my partner had a good meal though! Prices.. eg. Pint & half coke cost £6! Very expensive, our meal cost £90 and at that price it shouldn't have been poor not happy with the leaving bill.

The food was excellent and the selection of food to choose from for dinner was very impressive. The staff were friendly and the spa treatments great value for money and very good.

When we arrived at the hotel they had no record of our booking but the receptionist soon found us two rooms.

Showing its age .. water ressue for shower weak nice view out of window of litter, lots of litter: fag ends, burger boxes, etc. .. cannot be that hard to remove ..
