We stayed following a wedding reception which was ideal as all we wanted was to relax once at the reception and not have to worry about taxis and getting home. The breakfast the following morning following a swim and short walk was ideal before checking out. We were given Room 101 ? which viewed onto a wall of air-conditioning units. After only a couple of hours sleep the constant whine of these units made for a quite uncomfortable nights sleep. I would of normally said something at check-out but with a queue of almost 10 people and only 1 staff at hand I did not. This room should be either taken out of service or at the very least given a discounted tariff.

It was very well located, the food in the restaurant was excellent and the stay in general was good. I did not like the fact that the hotel used my card receipt to take a payment I had not authorised.

The staff were professional and eager to help. The breakfast was on the poor side in terms of presentation and quality and was only just adequate. The shower in the bathroom was extremely poor in terms of the water pressure, I would be surprised if other guests have not remarked upon this. This in an area that requires immediate attention. For the business traveller an hotel has to satsify only three criteria, location, standard of room ( all aspects ) and quality of service and food.

The decor was lovely - on the interior. The exterior was a tad shabby, and my heart sank a bit on entering the car park. Nice surprise when we entered the lobby! The barman was very friendly. The starter (seafood platter) was very poor in size and quality of cooking. The main course (shoulder of lamb) was nicely cooked. The restaurant staff were not very attentive - they were talking to each other while we were in need of a finger bowl and more drinks! Cheese board was very poor.

We were looking for somewhere reasonably priced and close to the airport. After looking at the hotels website we agreed that the hotel looked lovely and we weren't disappointed. It was only 4 miles from the airport and in a quiet location. The rooms were spacious, clean and well kept. We ate from the brasserie menu and enjoyed what we had, although at £10 for two drinks we thought it was a bit pricey. Only downfall we would say is that the beds aren't very comfortable. And for someone who has spinal problems I hardly slept a wink. I needed to book airport parking and the receptionist was extremely helpful and booked it for me as I was having trouble with the wifi on my mobile. Just the uncomfortable bed as above

Excellent Meal in the evening, friendly and attentive staff, reasonable and comfortabe sized room. Pleasant surround. Not a particularly attractive building, laundry service on a weekend would be useful.

the spa was great, staff really nice, pleasent location and lovely building the shower curtain stank and I had to go out and buy a corkscrew as there wasn't one in the hotel, quite a basic thing for a hotel and essential for a bar

Location was particularly convenient. Room was cold and the windows were drippin wet with condensation. Would benefit greatly from double glazing? I didnt expect to find single pane windows in a hotel of this standard.

location was perfect, food excellent, staff helpful and friendly. Leisure facilities excellent and hotel was very comfortable. problem with lift. Many people left metal door open so lift couldn't be used until someone had closed the door. perhaps a different sign explaining that the metal door has to be closed properly if the lift is to work. anyone who could not use the stairs or had heavy luggage would have found the out of action lift very frustrating.

Atmosphere was nice. Most staff were friendly except for the receptionist. She was quite rude and very unhelpful when I was trying to resolve Wifi issues. Issues were resolved in the end but only with my suggestions that she begrudgingly went along with. That was the biggest disappointment to what was really quite a nice stay.

I cannot find sufficient appropriate words to record any good impressions. However, I was disturbed that the lift door at the ground floor did not close properly, so the lift was frequently unable to be operated from higher floors. I thought the room decor was not only awful but awfully dated. The bathroom was only barely adequate, whilst the description of the room on the internet was enormously over-described. One thing that the room is not, it is not an "executive anything" by any stretch of imagination.

Nice decor. Overall the hotel was ok, however the bathroom was very small and where the door stop was position made it actually quite difficult to actually get into the bathroom.

Priced well on latebooking.com ...but hotel direct was £20 more Friendly staff Nice modern bathroom design though shower was not up to standard of other 3 and 4 star hotels Always hard to run a breakfast service buffet, but with a wedding the night before should have planned better Staff were constantly being asked to refresh food, should have been a dedicated member of staff for this

Room looked lovely - see below for dislike to room Resturant has a lovely atmosphere - see below for dislike to food Receptionist didn't tell us about breakfest when we booked in. We asked to book a table for evening meal and the receptionst told us the times available. When we got to the resturant our reservation hadn't been made then I found a piece of wood in my food. The tempature of the room was very very hot and no way of turning it down, there was a massive water pipe that run along the wall that was boiling hot the whole time. When opening the window it kept banging shut. We complained when checking out and received a refund for the food but nothing was said about the room tempature. This is bad management in my opinion, we won't be staying there again or recommending to others.

The bedroom was very well designed for its size and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly , they could not have been more helpful. At the time of my visit it might be staff shortage but the service in the restraunt was slow, I did note it was busy and the staff were working very hard , nevertheless I had to wait a long time in between courses.

it was conveniently located to vist for a friends birthday party it was also easy to find Unfortunatley the toilet in the room did'nt flush which we did'nt discover until retiring to our room at midnight so did'nt want to call anyone as it would have meant being disturbed.
