Price and location
Room at top of thre floors with no lift and it was very sparse ie not even a plastic cup,for water but lets face don't let's be sniffy you get what you pay for and it was clean
Quality of room. A bit shabby.
Location is good, in easy walking distance of Victoria coach and rail stations and an easy walk to Westminster Bridge. The price is very good, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple (cereal, coffee or tea, freshly made toast) but enough.
The corridors and stairs are in need of redecoration, it gives the impression of having seen better days, but I would still stay there again.
I have never seean anything like this. Chracks in the walls, and floors, dirty , noisy. A place NOT to stay. If I could I would upload some unbeliebable photos for you to see. A Easyjet hotel next dor looked much, much nicer. It was full, otherwise I would have change happy to change any deposit. A BIG NO!!!
Wonderful potition for who Arrive or leave from Victoria station
The man in the reception was really unpolite, they didn't want give me the room because I didn't bring the credit card of reservation with me, also if the payment was alredy done and I had to call my mother at 00.00 to send picture of the other credit card...unbelievable! After the room was terrible, umid and really small, closet without doors...no hair drayer no blanket.... No phone in the room, and really bad connection wifi!
The room was clean, tidy and had tea/coffee making facilitiesm. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The fridge in the room was slightly noisy during the night but that's a minor thing.
Desperate need of decorating
Our room was really nice, bed comfy, all clean and had a sink and a shower in. The hallways are dates but were all not sleeping in the hallways so it really doesn't matter
Close location to Victoria station Decent price for the stay Big room size
No stairs Shower clogs No control of temperature
We didn't pay for shower in the room but we anyway got room with it so we were really lucky. Breakfast is nothing special but cheap and worth to take it. Location is perfect. Near Victoria station and other sightseeing. Staff are really helpful and we also leave our suitcases for whole day before leaving and they don't charge us an extra money.
Probably read before that location is good! And tbh we wernt looking for massive luxury we was just looking for somewhere to stay the night and was good enough. The staff were friendly!
It is a bit run down like the carpets and the shower in your room the wood was all damp. Also make sure you take the card you paid on! Nearly had to pay again!!
I liked every thing about the hotel especially the location as I travelled by coach to Victoria and was in walking distance to the hotel everything was excellent and I will definatly be staying again
The location was very convenient Value for money was excellent
Our room was very clean and included a kitchenette which was a lovely surprise. Staff were very friendly and efficient. The décor was a bit tired, but that wasn't a problem; after all, we only slept there. For a conveniently situated (5 mins walk from London Victoria), inexpensive London hotel, I would recommend it.
wifi didn't work the bathroom wasn't nice I was in the top room and I barely could take my suitcase to the room the stairs were dangerous expensive
First room I was give was dirty. I could not have stayed there. Asked for another room. Much better and cleaner.
Reception is fast and extremely polite. Bathrooms are clean. Close to Vistoria station.
The hotel looks a bit old.
Poor comfort, poor decorated
Hotel is very close to beach and also town centre, personal is very friendly and helpful, one of the best thing was definitelly parking which is including price of stay... really recommenting this hotel
Bed and beddings is nice and clean...
Television not working, WiFi is not offered and your hallway carpet are dirty and the wall lots of scratch or your cleaner/cleaning management team doesn't have good maintenance to be immaculate or spotless ( need improvement ) Toilet is not well maintained...
Free wi-fi TV Good size bedroom Reception staff very friendly Good location
Dirty bedroom and bathroom Very thin windows - we could hear the traffic all night Not the best selection for breakfast
Check in time up till midnight
Simple, but clean. The fact that it is very close to both Victoria coach and train station,as well as walking distance from The Big Ben,Buckingham palace and St James Park.(10 minute walk). There was a supermarket nearby, restaurant, pubs and café,would definetely stay again.
the room was in basin, smelly, dump, no reading lamp. i couldn't open a window.
still have nightmares of the stairs and toilet
