Nothing Dirty bathroom, no bedside lamp, no bedside light, filthy windows, uneven floor, squeaky bed, deposit for remote control, ridiculous check out time, breakfast, nowhere to hang clothes, tiny room. Filthy carpets in corridors. Massive stain on only chair in room. No kettle. No sink in room. A complete nightmare!!

Helpful and friendly staff in a clean setting. Continental breakfast at low cost (2,50 GBP). Would benefit from paint work in bathroom and on windows. Would also be nice if the window could be opened for ventilation, then paint in bathroom may last longer.

The only good thing in this hotel is the location which is quite close to the Victoria trains and coach stations. - Part of the staff was rude and unhelpful - Our room was completely noisy in all senses. Noise from the street in front, we could also hear every single move from other's rooms. When one was using the sink in the room on the next floor there was a noise coming from the drain in our room. - painting was peeling out in part of the room as wells as in the shared bathroom and corridors. - Furniture is really old and poorly maintained.

Excellent location. I like that there's a fridge and microwave available to use. It was too hot in my room and I couldn't turn off the radiotor. It was on in the evenings, mornings and woke me up with being so hot at 3:30am both nights. I had to keep the window open, which meant my room was noisy with the sounds of traffic and passers-by - so I didn't sleep well. I asked the man at the desk and he said he wasn't able to control the radiator or get it turned off. Very frustrating! I have previously stayed in the hotel and had a very good experience (in November, plus the radiator was adjustable in that room, it faced the back and had french windows so I could control the room temperature) - but I will think twice about staying there again, on account of the heat problem.

The location was perfect, close to Victoria Station and many intersting restaurants located nearby. The room was very small and the roof apperaed to be covered partially in what could be rot. The windows were very draughty, and even though the staff did provide us with an extra duvet it was rather cold. The bathroom was one of the smallest and dirtiest I've ever seen in a hotel. I would not recommend people to stay here, but rather pay a little bit more for a decent hotel...

The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, Ewa at the front desk was outstanding in her welcoming manner and willingness to help. Also the man working at night was very good to wake me up and let me know when my cab arrived. The tv was great. Very poor lighting, need reading light by bed. Not enough linens. Access to my room #15 was difficult due to steps up and down twice.

Location is central, perfect for coaches, buses, underground, trains, sightseeing and shopping. Price is great. Room was close to reception so quite a lot of noise from there. Not clear at first where the shower room was, had to do some searching.
