location On 3 floors and surprisingly no lift. Room 6 (ours) Not big enough to swing a cat but on suite at least twice size needed. No sink plug and shoer head broken. Lounge only big enough for 6 people, if that.

I booked the room for my brother and his wife - they were very impressed with the staff who were very friendly and helpful. They also enjoyed the breakfast. The location of the hotel is excellent - out the door and you're off down the prom! The windows in the bedroom could not be opened - so the room became too hot. Bathroom and toilet facilities were in need of repair.

The view was excellent, the breakfast was really good, the staff were really friendly. Great position for the beach. Free wifi and complementary toileties and tea and coffee making facilities The bathroom had no bath only a shower in a family room which if we had stayed longer would have been a problem. The ceilings were low especially in the bathroom. Worth discount we paid but I dont feel it would have been worth 140 pounds because even though it was clean it felt tired and need of sprucing up the towels and shower curtain seemed really old. The bin in the bathroom was broken and if I was a heavier weight the toilet seat felt like it would break.

Jacuzzi bath We felt like being scammed. Booking Belgrave hotel does not mean that you are going to stay there.. Because when we arrived we were told that they don't have the deluxe room we booked so we are going to stay in the other hotel of the same owner which was not on the sea front as we wanted and much poorer quality. But when I had a look on the bookings website they were still advertising the same rooms as available and with a discount. So it means the owner is advertising the better hotel but putting guests who have no other choice in much cheaper and worse accommodation for the same price! Our deluxe double room had five beds, low ceiling and was as long as made out of a hallway. The room was shabby, had decor of 80's and with cracks in the walls, flaked paint on the ceilings, mold in the bathroom, extremely noisy toilet when flushed, white towel had stains of blood or something else on them... Overall was very upset with this stay and it completely ruined our moods for our special occasion .

Convenient location for the town, all rooms en suite, warm clean rooms with plenty of mirrors and wall sockets! A well stocked refreshments tray, gorgeous sea views and a lovely breakfast. No parking facilities so had to park on the prom and pray that we didn't get a parking ticket! Not too much of a problem for a one night stay but for longer than that would be a pain to have to move the car all the time!

Belgravia is a nice hotel if you actually get to stay there. Booked beware, your likely to end up in the queensbridge, read reviews. But will be charged Belgravia rates. Second time I've booked into this hotel and been relocated to the queensbridge, a much poorer hotel owned by the same man but still charged full belgravia price and had to walk 1/2 mile into town and back. Poor . Booked beware!!!!!!
