Clean rooms, and although the hotel lies close to a busy road, quiet. underground and busstop nearby. |

Very convenient for travelling into the centre of London on the underground trains (recommend buying an off-peak day ticket for zones 1 & 2 very good value). The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our twin room was very comfortable and reasonably spacious with an excellent bathroom with plenty of hot water. One little tip, fill your kettle and drinking glass of water before you go to bed, as the water pump was off during the night, which left no water in the bathroom. The continental breakfast was a reasonable selection and plenty to keep you going until lunch time. No problems or complaints. |

The location of the hotel was nice becuase it was very close to the Oval Underground Station. I thought it was very overpriced for what the hotel had to offer. The breakfast was minimal and did not evern have fresh brewed coffee; only instant. The beds were not very comfortable and it was very loud at night because we had to keep the windows open for circulation and the hotel is located on a pretty busy street. We've stayed at much nicer hotels for the same price. A little overrated for the 3 star rating. |

The room was clean and pleasant, although basic and quite small. Shower was good. The pictures on the website are misleading- it is quite rundown. Breakfast was sparse. |

It is close to Brixton Academy (15m stroll) The mattress was really soft and sloping, so it was a rough sleep for me |

Well placed in Clapham. Central to the tube and on a main street. Hotel was spotless and the rooms especially the bathrooms seemed to be recently renovated. Facilities at the hotel were adequate including the continental breakfast Initial appearance of the hotel from the street can be extremely off putting, however once inside, the hotel appearance improves. Rooms are small but adequate for people who do not intend to spend much time in the rooms. Would not recommend the rooms for families based on the room I stayed in. There may well be larger family rooms available. |

The welcome friendliness and helfulness of all of the staff The english breakfast could have been better although I am aware that a continental breakfast is what you really offer. |
