Just 10 minutes’ walk from Harrods and the Knightsbridge area, Belgraves features an on-site fitness centre, 80-seater restaurant and a bar with an outdoor terrace. Buckingham Palace and the Royal Albert Hall are only 1 mile from the hotel. I checked-in at 10 am and my room was ready immediately. In most hotels one cannot check-in before 12 am. Extremely poor and expensive WiFi network. The quality of the internet connection is unacceptable.

Very attentive and friendly staff. Very helpful concierge staff especially Sabine. Liked the room and bathroom lighting. Wifi should be complimentary. Curtain mover needed to be fixed and one of the windows didn't close properly, allowing cold air into the room.

excellent location service and decor. nothing was said on checkin, to be told at checkout my the valet parking service was 45.00, when i thought it was complementary. this will put me off staying again.

Absolutely everything. This hotel delivers excellence in every area, from friendly doormen, who clearly take pride in the hotel as they explain the features of your room ... and greet you by name each time you return, to beautifully appointed rooms, a superbly cooked and presented meal if you choose to dine there, a cosy and inviting bar area and staff who just can't do enough for you. I would happily stay here again at twice the price! Not a thing!

Friendly and hospitable staff. Very professional. Upgrades are always appreciated... Wi-Fi is in real bad shape and very complicated and frustrating. My recommendation is to add the charge to the room rate and provide a more sufficient wi-fi ssytem.

The Location of the hotel is very good few min. of Sloane street which gives quite time. the rooms are excellent with luxury facilities. I do not recall something i did not like.

I liked the friendly staff, the bar... Location is ideal for me lighting in rooms and corridors is poor. wind was infiltrating the facade,eventhough I paid my upgrade. caught twice in elevators,one time for 10 minutes because of malfunction

The staff were extremely helpful and very attentive and friendly. The location s perfect, a great area of London and easy to travel around the city. I thought this hotel was excellent and would love to stay there again.

we liked the design of the hotel, the modern interiors and the fact that it was not huge. also the location was a big plus... also we loved the fact that the other people who were staying there were not rowdy tourists! the first room that we had, 403, was way too small for 2 people with 2 suitcases, maybe it was better suited to one person. when we asked to move, the hotel was full, but we were accommodated the next morning. we moved to room 608, a delux king which was superb! spacious and very inviting.

We liked the cleanliness of the room, nice bed sheet and I - Phone speaker. The house keeping was great . Enthusiastic porters were friendly. We didn't get one of rooms we booked for. They offered us the less , that was very disappointing. We didn't expect to experience this unpleasant surprise at " Five stars Hotel" like this at all.

The hotel was a bit pricy, but probably not so much by London standards. It was centrally located within walking distance of many of London's most famous attractions. It met my expectations and I would recommend to anyone who is considering staying there. Nothing negative that is worthy of notation.
