Rooms are a way too tiny
Location. Quiet room at rear
Matress uncomfortable Breakfast poor
Location good. Near St Pancras. Hotel was just a base so it was okay and clean. Breakfast included. Desk manned 24 hours although not always by friendly and approachable staff.
Shower room one side of tiny hall and toilet and basin the other. No bath mat or place for toiletries. We were glad to be on ground floor though. Room was very warm in summer. Case storage awkward. Juice for breakfast was cordial. Cornflakes the only cereal.
Location Breakfast Value for money Staff helpful
The beds were small and the rooms need to be redone soon!
Helpful staff, best location and proximity to trains/tubes.
Breakfast a bit greasy but better than nothing.
Cleanliness, persistent high noise levels during the night. Very limited breakfast.
Bed was comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, room was clean. and price was low.
Window did not lock, furniture was tired and worn, shower was basic. Needs some TLC
Location was tops. Saw numerous other rather more appealing looking places in vicinity - they were likely more costly.
Somewhat cramped room. Bathroom amenities rather spartan
It was a very quite hotel, very nice location, rental bike just outside, train station a few feet away
For a solo traveler the room is incredible small. I couldn't open my bag, there wasn't enough space!
Location near Kings Cross and St. Pancras station. friendly staff.
very small toilets and showers.
Location and cost only benefit
Very small compact rooms, toilet was in shower room so floor was always wet.very dated.
The breakfast was great
shower rooms and toilet very small
there was nothing not to like really the room a wee small but apart from that nothing to complain about. breakfast was excellant help yourself service good time option for eating , room warm . shower room clean will book again very soon .
the bed a little to close to window could do with moving back into the centre of the room , the stairway a little dark due to the dark carpets could do with a lighter flooring. otherwise great place to stay.
Right opposite King's Cross Station, really helpful staff, teeny room and bathroom but that's fair enough considering the price and location
Rooms are a little small
The hotel is 5 min walk to ST Pancras & Kings Cross Stations. The breakfast was good.
The staff wasn't very welcoming. Few were a bit rude. The room was tiny.
The locating is very near the King Cross railway station and underground.
The room is so small that there is no place to put my luggage. The furniture are old and dirty. The is a loud noise derived from a big fan just out of the window, so you can't sleep. In the early morning, cooking smell will full fill the room, so you can't breath.
Breakfast very poor Cleanliness Bad hospitality Bad Internet
-the location was great (right next to King's Cross) -breakfast was definitely the best about the hotel
When we arrived there was still a dirty towel on the bathroom floor and the floor of the room was dirty all over. The TV didn't work and the whole room was so small, that it wasn't possible to stand next to each other. When we wanted to shower we first had to wait about 5-10 minutes to even have warm water. Then it was just enough water to get the shampoo out of our hair. All in all...it wasn't worth the money and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody else!!!
Location great for jumping on the Eurostar
London Prices but nothing to do with the hotel but thought i would have a moan
Staff were always friendly Room was always cleaned when I went out Sercurity system very good Breakfast was delicious
No laundry facilities
Rude staff and very small room/bathroom
Close to train station, simple and easy book in and out, 24 hour access to the hotel, quiet room and free all you can eat breakfast! friendly staff.
Wasn't given any milk with my tea but that's beeing really picky!
It's so close to kings cross station and shops.the price is very reasonable considering the location of the hotel.breakfast was good!
The room is too small.it can barely fit my luggage.
