It was excellent value for money. The breakfast was great. The bed was very comfortable with lovely white bed linen. We were delighted to find that we had an en suite. We weren't expecting that. The bar meals were disorganised eg they had run out of jacket potatoes (there's two supermarkets just up the road) and we ordered several things off the chalk boards which they had also run out of. These things are irritating and could be easily rectified

Good location, comfortable, The cups in the bedroom were very difficult to handle, especially with hot tea in them. They could cause an accident.

Great location in Tewkesbury and handy for the Three Counties Show Ground Breakfast and evening meals were excellent, as were the staff Room was adequate although a little dated We were in a separate block to the main building, which could have been a problem had the weather been bad

Of course the location and the price were the main reasons why I chose it. But the staff and atmosphere was fantastic. Profecional and very friendly. If I am in Tewkesbury again I will definately stay there again. Thank you :-) I've stayed in loads of hotels and B&B's.... I couldn't really find anything to complain about.

Only there for one night and there for business purposes so unable to make valued assesment, however, I would think this is a good hotel to stay at if you have sight seeing in mind or shopping or a visit to the Cottswolds. The Hotel is comfortable , clean and has a good bar and food so ideal I would say.

The location is good. The dining room is pleasant and spacious. My room was next to kitchen extractor fan, noise from 7.30am until late at night. When issued with a parking permit I expected a parking space, which was not available on Saturday evening.

It was in the right location for the first stage of our drive to Chester, we needed a friendly place to stay the night around 10.00 pm. Tewkesbury was the town and the Bell Hotel had a double room. It was clean and the price very reasonable. The room was quiet and the breakfast was good. We continued our journey well rested and refreshed. At the special offer price we paid, it was an excellent value. Car parking was available. Only one thin duvet for the double bed, and no spare blankets. However, the staff were quick to let us have a second duvet and problem was solved. There was no food to be had in the hotel after 10.30 pm on a Friday night, nor anywhere else in town. The hotel rooms looked a little tired and bathroom, although clean, was basic with one soap and one small shampoo bottle - hardly enough for two people.
