Everything ,frendly people nice and clean room ,decent breakfast. All in all a place i would recomend any time when you look to have a decent night rest .
I have been there already few times , it feel familiar
Very friendly staff;the room was clean, warm and with a nice view of the sea.Very good breakfast
Location was fantastic. Staff were great. Room was spotless
The hotel was nice and comfortable. Deb and Dez were lovely people and helpful. Room was good and so was the food. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. My only concern is that parking is limited which could become a problem in the summer months. However having said that I am looking forward to returning to the hotel some time in the future. Full marks from me
Small English breakfast
Staff polite and attentive clean and tidy accommodation although a little twee depending on your taste.
Bedding washed in too much detergent which suffocates and place too warm for time of year
Deb and Dez were friendly, approachable, chatty and helpful. The room was spotless and serviced each day. Despite being a fairly late booking, I was fortunate to have a room with a view of the sea, promenade and windfarm. Always plenty of tea and coffee available. The bed was very firm and comfortable even for a person who doesn't normally sleep too well. The breakfasts were plentiful and got each day off to a good start. If I need to stay in Skegness again then this is the place I want to be staying at. Thanks for a good week within very easy reach of all the main facilities and some good places to eat in the evenings. THANK YOU
Close to Bars and Restaurants also the Beach.
The location couldn't be any better. The staff are so friendly and nice, couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome. Breakfast was lovely, everywhere was clean, and we had a fantastic stay.
This was mine and my partners second visit to the Belle View Hotel and we loved it just as much as we did the first time. We got a friendly welcome on arrival and Deb even swapped our room for a downstairs one as our original room wasn't quite ready when we first arrived - this was a very welcome added bonus too as at 7 and a half months pregnant it can be quite difficult to walk upstairs! The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was so comfortable - it was like heaven! The hotel itself is in an ideal position as you are right in the heart of Skegness town centre. The breakfast was amazing and there is plenty of choice if you fancy something different - my partner is just disappointed that he doesn't get a cooked breakfast now we're back at home! Deb and Dez really are the perfect hosts, nothing is too much trouble for them and they are so friendly and will happily chat away with you. We said last time we visited that we would go back and we did - and we will be visiting again, next time with three of us! Thankyou for a lovely stay!
Comfortable, clean, good breakfast although this is a little early 8:15 - 9:00. Close to all attractions.
Lots of stairs so could be difficult if you have mobility problems
The helpfulness, being semi disabled, owner was there to help unload car, gave us time to access the building.
Clean room Friendly owners Good breakfast
Shower was a bit small, but not really an issue
Seafront location and situated opposite the more genteel attractions.
Skegness! Noisy, bitten to death on the beach, little alternative to fast food. We were obliged to be there to support a charity cycle ride and therefore visited many b&b from london to Edinburgh. So putting the place aside as 'not a destination of choice', we can say that we stayed at other establishments that really did rate excellent-warmer welcome, nicer & quieter rooms, better quality breakfasts etc.
We liked everything, close to everything. Clean n friendly. Lovely full English breakfast.
Ther was Nothing to dislike.
very friendly and helpful
the location was excellent , rooms were clean and comfortable,, and the management were friendly and helpful.
because I requested a sea view, I accepted the room I was given , but I struggled with the stairs up to the top floor , could have done with a lift
Great location, friendly staff, views overlooking everything. Happened to arrive on the 'illuminations' weekend and the firework display was directly in front of our view from the window which was a bonus. Can't fault it. Will definitely return. Thanks for a great weekend :)
The facilities of the room werent great, as they didnt have a hairdryer
