Comfortable clean quiet room at rear of property. very good shower.
Newly refurbished en suite has no space to lay out toiletries or towel hanging space.
Price, very helpful and welcoming Staff, food (breakfast), comfortable room
Bathroom fan didn't work, and the shower leaked. Woukd have liked to have used the leisure facilities but understand they were undergoing refurbishment
Friendly front house staff
Bedding, dirty toilets by restaurant, food at breakfast, view from all windows (not related to refurbishment)
Just personel was friendly.
small room, minibar empty building under renovation, I went out of town for a nice getaway for two, unfortunately I am not satisfied.
Staff were well trained, helpful, attentive and friendly in approach - Reception, Restaurant and Bar
Helpful staff Extensive breakfast buffet Comfortable room
Rock hard pillow No soap dish/shelf in shower No drawers for clothes
Loved the room beds very comfortable request for a cot was made in advance, was made up when I arrived. and was good quality. beds was so comfortable.loved the complimentary refreshments excellent breakfast.
I'm being slightly picky. I felt whilst all the renovations are taking place and the leisure facilities are closed the prices should be cheaper staff say the prices has been taken in to account and will go up by 30 or 40 percent. If it was a special occasion I would return when it's completed.
Friendly helpful staff, breakfast good.
Construction limits facilities making price not worth it.
The staff were ALL excellent - my room was lovely and although there were alterations taking place it was relatively quiet. Dinner and breakfast were excellent
No where in the shower to place your soap/shower gel/shampoo
The hotel is going through a big refit atm and this wasn't on any of the booking.com info. So the everything is in a bit of a state, however to be fair to them the room was great and the dinning area and food where first class. My only real moan is the wifi wasn't strong enough to load net flicks but ok for just web browsing. I feel this will be a great hotel once the refit is done and I'd like to return once it has!
a welsh guy called dave was allround supeburb, could not do enough for me and my girlfriend! very polite, friendly and very witty, will come again in new year, especially when leisure facilities are complete.
nothing, all great.
Excellent room, friendly and helpful staff.
Worst morning coffee in 20 years
the staff are all very friendly .and helpfull they explained straight away about the renevation's that were going on straight away .the rooms are very clean and moden
the price of a drink ,plus having to get a taxi as can not walk anywere
Friendly, helpful staff. We had a spacious junior suite, but ... Perhaps it will improve when renovations are complete.
Food quality and attention to detail was poor. ... our junior suite comprised an almost empty room with a TV and two uncomfortable chairs and a separate bedroom. Poorly services, we had to ask for bathroom products for two people. Breakfast buffet selections were not refilled.
Building work is in progress and there was no warning about it when I booked. This meant that there was no lift, difficult access at the front and noise from 8am. It will no doubt stop at some point, but it would have been good to know in advance.
Welcoming staff Great food Comfortable bed
They were in the middle of refurbishing the hotel. We arrived in the evening and it was very dark, no lights on the car park, so parking and getting to your room was not easy.
Bed and room very comfortable
phone coverage was awful
Modern Rooms Friendly and Engaging Staff Bar & Lounge Area Very comfortable bed Good food offerings almost around the clock.
Construction (I know it was temporary) Bathroom design leaves no room around sink or in shower for toiletries Nothing near by or within walking distance making a car a necessity. Internet was slow at times.
The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful around the refurb. It going to be amazing. The room was excellent, definitely a good choice for accommodation in Beaconsfield.
The suite was beautiful and roomy, two TV's. Spacious bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. Complimentary mini bar was well stocked. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again, we have friends in the area and this hotel is in a good location for visiting them.
Unfortunately due to ongoing refurbishment the swimming pool was not open, however this did not spoil our stay.
The executive double rooms were lovely, spacious, clean and modern. The bed was extremely comfortable! The restaurant again was very modern, albeit I did not eat in there. The wifi access was great, I managed to get logged on to do some work at the very comfortable workstation.
The hotel is having a major refurb so this was a little bit daunting upon arrival. So the reception area is a make shift reception and the entrance was covered by lots of scaffolding. But I'm sure it will be stunning once finished. The bath in the Exec room was rather small, so apart from above I have nothing else to report.
Rooms nice, comfortable and modern
Room entrance floor a slip hazard in bare feet - and you have to cross it to get to the bathroom. We both slipped on it at different times, I would say its dangerous!
The bed was comfortable
I didnt realise that the place was under construction, otherwise I would have brought my hard hat. The shower was broken as was the mirror. I can't see how they can justify the cost of the place when it is a worksite.
Due to a re -furb on the site we where unable to experience the full hospitality but saying that we can't wait to see the completed work. Thanks for looking after us, we will look forward to seeing you again soon *****
It was a great shame that the Bellhouse wasn't fully functional as we would have liked to try the full experience.
The hotel is currently under going extensive refurbishment, and is in disarray. Reception is makeshift in another part of the hotel and there are building works everywhere. I think that this should be advertised and the rate should be considerably lower to account for this, however I paid full whack and thought that it was a bit much not to mention this on this website or others. This is usually decent and will be I'm sure but I would avoid over the next few months. Regards, M
