Lovely breakfast! Watch out for the green "emergency exit" light on the ceiling!! It was far too big and lit up the whole room - difficult to sleep! I'm sure it's not necessary to have it so big in a room that size!

Plenty of rooms AvailBle Having to pay upfront on arrival, unable to charge food or beverages to my room.I did not like the fact that for two of my four nights the bar and resteraunt were closed due to a staff dispute.

Room very basic, lino on the bedroom floor, no blind in the bathroom, shower curtain hanging off. No hairdryer in the room. Have stayed here previously but in a much better room. Would not stay here again on the strength of this last stay.

Location close to family The room was cold when we arrived. The bathroom needs updating. Breakfast was meagre (no fresh fruit or yogurt). Cool reception. Room was not serviced although fresh towels were provided when requested.

Absolutely nothing one of the worst hotel I have had the misfortune to stay in The tv does not work we complained said it will be changed it was'nt When we put the kettle on to have a cup of tea in the room all the lights went out!!!! We were told there is a problem with the lighting would we like another room there was no time to move our things as we had to go out. My partner flushed the toilet the handle came off I refitted as I am a plumber not my job to do so Ten oclock we went for breakfast to be told that breakfast was finished we were told it finishes 11oclock the night before Eventually we were accomodated after complaining and when breakfast was eventually served it was burnt and disgusting a full refund should be offered to us for the diservice you have been warned!!! I would not award half a star I sugest that you take it off your list of hotels It is a disgrace and daylight robery

Location was ideal for visiting our family close by. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The emergency lighting, recently installed, would have been better located near the entrance door as there was a bright green light on all night which bathed the room in a bright eerie glow. The only way to avoid this light was to cover your head with the duvet. An easy solution is to change the internal lobby light with the emergency light and then it would not be so intrusive in the main room. A mat or similar just inside the door would be most useful in inclement weather as there is nowhere to wipe your feet or store wet shoes to avoid puddles on the floor.

We had by mistake left our key in the room. Did not return until midnight ,constantly rang for one hour the hotel number and the twenty four hour service number, Also knocked the hotel door constantly no help atall. In desperation we had to ring the police, they some how contacted the hotel and eventually a very grumpy person let us in. May I suggest that www.booking.com arrange a contact for any such emergency!!!

The location was good The floor in the double beded room felt as though it was delaminating. There were children accompanied by adults playing in a Bouncy Castle until turned 22.00. The motel appeared to be under going a refurbishment programme.

Enormous breakfast. Room fairly clean, but decor could do with a lift. Poor parking (someone took the reserved space outside our room). Took payment on arrival, not departure.

I have no complaint against the Hotel. However i have a major complaint against booking.com because of your charge of £19.50 for booking a room cost of £55.00.your fee is exorbitant and I shall try not to use you again. I rescind the survey that i filled in about your service a few days ago.

Location The Hotel/Motel was dated. The room I had felt and smelt musty and damp, the foolr in the bathroom had obviously got a sizable hole in it being held only by the floorcovering,if you stoot at the hand basin you sunk a couple of inches, this was mentioned and my comments to some extent were fobbed of by being informed the place was knocking on and in need of doing up. The bar/eating room ( as the restaraunt did not apear open ) was rather stark and unwelcoming and dominated by the 3 obligotory very large flat screen TVs. Which is considered to be the norm these days. Evidently thet are undergoing a re-furbishment and there were several workmen hanging around in the morning as I went to and from my car, however at the speed they were working ( over a 30 min., Period they were in a hudle near my door, trying to decide who was going to walk to the van for a pair of pliers ) I wouldnt hold your breath as to when it will be finished. It may be better when done.
