Easy walking distance to town and beach. Guest house is excellent value for money,very clean and breakfast was superb. Plenty free parking on a very quiet street.

Billy s care & attention were second to none he is a diamond host.

On reflection i could have stayed at other hotel s/guest houses cheaper in ayr at this time of year.

Close to Bowling , not too far from sea front and great park. Ayr has an ok swimming pool and reasonable cafe-just remember to phone and ask if its the day for inflatable toys to come out otherwise your left with water and foam floats! No slides or flumes. Enjoyable reasonably priced two day break with kids of 13 and 8. Good to have DVD player in tv. Breakfast good - they catered to our wishes. Warm, comfy guests living room area with another tv and piano.

Everything was well presented, comfortable and very clean with extra litte touches that made all the difference. Breakfast was superb with such a choice. Billy made us very welcome and had a great deal of knowledge about the area and also provided us with a town map. Our room and ensuite was the nicest we have stayed in and the whole guest house is a credit to the owners. We will definatley use Belmont Guest House again.

Clean, tidy, well-run and friendly.

I had a problem accesssing Wi-Fi with my iPad for an hour or so.

the belmont guest house is very freindly,it is an excellent place to stay, very clean and breakfast is of top quality.

Loved the architecture and location of the house. Parking a little tricky but worked out OK. Food was the good and the host very pleasant.

we also had another couple with us and their comments are as above. We simply couldn't fault it. Also it is very close to all amenities.

This was a very pleasant stay.The facilities were excellent and the room very comfortable and exceptionally clean and tidy. Our stay was made even better by the friendliness of the staff and their caring attitude. I would recommend this as an excellent place to stay.

Belmont House is a very nice place to stay. The rooms are very clean, modern, well appointed, tastefully decorated and there are a few nice little extras. The only slight negative is that the shower is a little small (like most others we have stayed in). The bed is very comfortable and the guest house is located in an attractive quiet location within walking distance to to the town centre. The host is very friendly and the breakfast was of a high standard. I would recommend anyone stay there if they are travelling to Ayr.

Fijne B&B. Schoon, comfortabel met veel extra'S. Goed prijs- kwaliteitverhouding. Ontbijt zeer goed, veel keus , gekookt ontbijt erg smakelijk. Vriendelijke eigenaar.

Fabulous breakfast, immaculate bathroom

Très belle maison typiquement britannique, bon accueil par le propriétaire sympathique qui fournit plein d'informations utiles sur la ville, chambre très confortable, situation idéale dans un quartier calme à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville de Ayr, parking devant la maison ou pas loin dans la rue, délicieux breakfast. Bilan très positif.

It was very clean and eligant inside. The staff was very nice and helpful too. Our room was large and eligant and very clean.

Quality of accommodation. Excellent breakfast ( B&B). Friendliness & helpfulness of staff/owner. Flexibility of timing - we arrived late. Somewhat expensive but worth the money.

I felt welcome and well looked after but not crowded. The house looks inviting and the owner has been very friendly and helpful. The rooms I have stayed in have been warm, comfortable and tastfully decorated, providing all facilities to be extected in a B&B to a high standard. The Belmont is in a very central location and within a short walk from the train station, restaurants shops and the lovely beach front. I will go back.
