The location was fab and we checked in to a smile. Partner said they felt cold so he gave us an extra duvet and banged up the heating! Sound
Room was a little small however.... The cost was fabulous so its not even a valid dislike.
It was clean and quiet. The room was warm and when it got too hot we could open the window and turn the radiator down. The location was perfect for us as we had night out at the Tower Ballroom.
The double bed wasn't full size and wasn't that comfy. Then only minor niggles like tiny glasses for your fruit juice in the morning - more like big shot glasses!
great location and plenty of tea, coffee and milk
Everything was excellent lovely friendly people that couldnt do enough
The owner was really friendly & full english brekkie was good. It did what it said on the tin though. Very basic but ideal location for the Tower.
My husband is 6'5" and the bed was crammed into a corner & was a very small double & we both had to curl up to fit in. Would have been nice to have some toiletries & shower was definitely in need of an upgrade. Cant really grumble however for the price.
Craigwas very welcoming, friendly and accommodating nothing was a peroblem
Very helpful friendly good food child friendly all together lovely place and great owner
The welcome when you book in. The help from the staff (as I am disabled traveller) when I came in. The cleanliness of hotel was excellent. The food was lovely, always hot, and Jessica would ask if you wanted full English, if you didn't there was more choice. Overall I had a great stay and would book there again .
Location was good for central Blackpool. Landlord was very friendly and welcoming. He did open the bar whenever requested and allowed us to take takeaway into the bar.
rooms was small but we did only need them to put her head down so didnt bother us too much.
Close to central pier Welcoming staffs
Noisy Very small double bedroom and room. No towel, no shower gel/shampoo
Basic room but clean. All you needed. Fab location right next to the tower. Realy friendly staff. Craig the owner was real friendly. Would stay again xx
Was very near tower and tourist attraction and 8mins from train station. Good breakfast
My room mate got stuck in the bathroom as the latch on the door got jammed. Tried to get help and women owner comment was can't have lock on doors in hotel I said I know but it broke and he locked in. Man was very helpful and eventually got him out but imagine if was on own would be locked in all day/ night. Latch when then taken out of door so no privacy then either. Beds were very soft and I found hard to sleep on. Very noisy could hear everyone else talking etc in other rooms.
I liked the location as it was only 5 seconds away from coral island. And the landlord Craig he was so friendly and chatty
The female landlord was grumpy most of the time and had an attitude. The rooms were small and the showers weren't fully working and it was cold because the heating was off the majority of the time, some doors were broken and the lounge was taken up by the landlord so it was uncomfortable to sit there and they had control of the telly so we couldn't watch what we wanted. The hair dryer was old and dated.
Very friendly owners couldn't do enough for you.
everything... very welcoming and friendly
nothing at all
This is our second visit to the Belroy the first was for new years eve this year. The position is ideal for everything with safe, cheap parking five minutes away full English breakfast is great and there is a pleasant familly atmosphere in the Hotel.
Nothing to not like really apart from the room was a little on the small side will be going again.
I liked it all fantastic staff , , lovely breakfast. Clean right near the front.
The attitude and approach of staff The price (!) The level of cleanliness The location The fact that breakfast was included and a towel was provided (not always a given in Blackpool accommodation at this cost)
The lack of space in the room The style/cheap furnishings (although was not bad for the cost)
Perfect Location for what I needed could not fault the staff very helpful any problems sorted straight away
The Shower was too small as I am a biggish guy
Everythin abowt the belroy is fab a great place to stay will be goin back again breakfast is amazingly fresh an the owners are jus loverly an acomodate your every need a home from home
i advise a rm at the back tho as you can here the noise from the street at weekends
