Absolutely home from home. All aspects is accommodation. Couldn't be faulted - but without doubt the best nights sleep I e had in ages in a very comfy bed. And location wise you really couldn't be better placed.
The rooms were excellent big very clean and comfy. Location couldnt be better, The view was wow.
nothing at all we didnt like
Lovely people, wanted to take the bed home with me really comfortable... Amazing view from the balcony I could have been in Italy as the sun was shining.
More milk ad tea bags in the room they didn't top them up. Enough to make two drinks each a day.
Beautiful room, very clean and comfortable :)
Everything was just so nice. The room was very spacious, the view, and breakfast was lovely. We felf very welcome and they recommend great eating places.
The Duet was just to heavy for me, but my husband loved it.
Everything! Got treated brilliant by the staff, room was beautiful! Lovely weekend!
The guy at the reception was do helpful and welcoming. We also loved the suit's decoration and design. It was so amazing. Finally we has the best fresh baked Croissant!
It wasn't clear when reservation wether the suit has a view on the lake or no as it differs from one suit to another.
Room was gorgeous, Tom was lovely and no request was too much. Location amazing with gorgeous views across the lake.
Wouldn't change a thung
The room was superb. There was plenty of space and facilities were excellent. The continental breakfast was amazing and delivered to your room. The furnishings were top quality. Would love to stay there again
Good location Free parking Nice view Nice breakfast served in the room
Location was superb, staff very friendly and helpful and the suite was very spacious and comfortable. Stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed the break.
Would have preferred on site parking but was able to park in Hotel close by and staff helped to unload our bags and take them up to our suite .Would have liked the option of a cooked breakfast but the continental breakfast was good and plentiful.
Great location, excellent views fantastic breakfast
The room is big and the design is very cute. It was very comfy yet my favorite part was the breakfast that served directly to the room. The breads and croissant was superb.
Location is very good to all amenities Very spacious room Lovely view of lake
As a surprise romantic break the accomadation and service was excellent. The room was high standard and had those little touches that make a difference. We really enjoyed the breakfast looking over the lake. The staff were warm and friendly. The location was superb for short stroll to great places to dine.
Lovely room .breakfast excellent and got a long lie in .
Decor and room size were excellent, breakfast delivered to room. Balcony overlooking lake, parking available, use of McDonald old England spa and leisure facilities
Great location, very central. A lot of time and effort put into the relaxing decor. Many nice touches added to make our stay very enjoyable. Breakfast was continental, croissants, fruit, yogurt, toast, cheese, marmalade and coffee. The suites are absolutely spotless and of a good size. The owner couldn't do enough for us, she was just lovely. My wife and I will definitely be going back again. Well worth the three hour drive down from Scotland. Would recommend very highly.
I liked it all.
The room is excellent and very beautiful. I strongly recommend this suit! Room is bigger, open the window we can see a nice nice sene.
Last night we had a room on the 3rd floor which offered us a great view to the Lake and we could sleep at nighttime in peace. Breakfast was nice.
We stayed the first nights on an open ground floor room. The bad isolated windows were only 1 metre from the main street away. Approximately 20 cars running by per minute. The wifi internet connection failed often. So for us it was quite difficult to handle our business issues.
Such a lovely place to stay and would recommend this hotel to eney one will definitely stay there again
The staff were very kind, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast whilst it came at 9.30 am was better than a continental breakfast The location was good and we had off road parking facility which was essential.
We could have stayed in a 5 star hotel for less felt that we had been rooked on price once we arrived and could see what we were getting for our money. Our fault as we had known the price before we went
Spacious rooms , newly decorated
No parking, had to use the hotel next door to park
The location and room, it was ideal
Nothing, although my husband would have liked the option of a cooked breakfast
