Friendly staff and a fabulous location including the surrounding hotel grounds. Large comfortable rooms. Every where in my room and around the hotel was clean modern and well presented a credit to the management team. Have already decided that any further trips to Grantham being bussiness or pleasure, I will look to book into the De Vere Hotel first.

This is a golfing hotel lovely golf course rooms were dark and furniture scruffy food was not very good very poor value for money, would not stay there again too many golfers and far too noisy.

We booked the hotel at the last minute to break the journey back to London. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay and found the staff all friendly and welcoming. The food and the service was outstanding in all respects. We enjoyed the whole stay, from booking in at reception to leaving the next day. Leaving.

The service was excellent and friendly. The room was extremely comfortable. The lounge was relaxing and gorgeous. The breakfast was simply superb. The only problem was that the lift was out of order throughout our four-night stay.

Lovely hotel staff extremely helpful. Food and service good. Didn't have time to use spa facilities but they looked good. Enjoyed watching a squash game didn't realise they had courts. Will be staying again soon The bed was a rickety and uncomfortable.

i stayed at belton woods overnight as i attended the christmas party night, i was very dissapointed with the meal we had for the party, the soup was very nice but the main course and the christmas pudding were cold.

Just about everything - gathered for a family wedding, and it was an extremely pleasant weekend. Our large group included several small grandchildren, but we were never made to feel like children were a hindrance. A very child friendly hotel - which is extremely welcoming. Staff went out of their way to help. The hassle we had on leaving our room - on our booking form, time out was 11am - our swipe cards and that of our son stopped working at about 10.20am. Had to go in search of a member of staff to open the room so we could reclaim our luggage - we did this, but somehow we were give the impression it was our fault! An apology might have been nice - but otherwise, excellent service.

Good function place for re-union.Most enjoyable event-good food and drink and service Hotel double booked our room and even rang my daughter at home saying we had not turned up-causing unnecessary anxiety to our family as she knew we should have arrived.

The spa was nice and the staff were friendly The jacuzzi was not working, the food in the bar side was limited and the staff in the Brassierie were friendly but a bit unorganised. The room was comfortable but the TV in the room was antique and the picture was poor.
