De Vere Hotel Belton Woods  

Brilliant stay, room was fantastic, facilities top notch, staff were helpful, breakfast was good.

The restaurant was overcrowded with huge groups Qing for the carvery, bumping into our table as they streamed past. Perhaps separating part of the restaurant for non golf groups would aid the excellent food to make it a good dining experience.

i loved the swimming pool and though the carvery was excellent.

the wine a £7 a glass was too expensive.

Our room was so comfortable. Everything is on just two floors. The location is really quiet so you get a brilliant night's sleep. The rooms are really dark when the curtains are closed.

To be honest the prices for food and drink are a bit greedy and pricey. Drop it down by two pounds. The swimming pool is a little tired. No accessible loo roll in any of the ladies toilets in the three days we stayed there. No water coolers in the swimming pool area. Website said that there was an xbox in each room. This was out of date information. Kids were naffed off.

I requested a quiet, spacious room with a view and that's exactly what I got, so full marks to Belton Woods for paying attention to my request. The room had 2 double beds and was very comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style and had an excellent choice of food and there was plenty of it too even though we went in to eat at the tail end of the breakfast service time. We come to Grantham to visit an elderly relative in a residential home and will certainly look at Belton Woods again when we next need to make a booking.

It was very comfortable and relaxing, and the staff were very welcoming. We always enjoy going there.

The Facilities were excellent and as requested they had given us a room on te ground floor very near to Restaurant and Reception as I did stipulate that my husband has a problem with his legs and knees and unable to walk too far. We have stayed there before and played golf so we knew it was a lovely place to stay. Beautiful setting too!! Wll definitely be going back again sometime in the future.

This is an excellent hotel with fantastic facilities

The Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable.It had style without being stuffy.The staff were very polite and helpful with the exception of one of the female receptionist.On arrival she was just a little too brisk delivering information in a machine gun like fashion that was a little hard to take in following our four hour car journey. This is not to imply that she was offensive in any way. The leisure facilities were good and our room was great. We will and have already discussed staying with you again in the near future.Thank you for a really pleasant and relaxing stay.

There was nothing to dislike other than the very minor criticism mentioned above.

My stay was comfortable and the staff were friendly and generally proactive in dealing with issues which arose. Breakfasts were very good as were the gym facilities. Internet was available foc in the rooms and not just the lobby, as advertised. This was great. Would I stay again - yes.....

This was a very nice place to stay only critizsm pertains to the fans in the gym threadmill which were very dirty and need cleaning. Did flag this up but nothing was done, unlike other issues I had which were promptly dealt with. Also the cost of the onsite food and drink was a tad expensive. After my 1st night we ventured into the local town and were fed and watered for 50% of the hotel costs!

The experience was great from the staff in reception who couldnt do enough for you to the waiters and waitresses they all worked hard to make sure you enjoyed youre stay

Unfortunatly the room was hard to keep warm

Shower in one room did not work.

Lovely location, friendly staff and totally relaxing. We didn't get to use all of the facilities as it was only a short stay and the weather was freezing! I would come again to stay longer and get full use of all the facilities.
