A very pleasant stay in a wonderful location. Hosts friendly and welcoming.
NIce warm, clean bedroom and lovely choice of breakfasts.
Rather a steep hill on way to B & B if on foot another not so steep road at opposite end.
The welcome and breakfast
Thoroughly recommend Belvedere to anyone visiting the lovely Isle of Arran. Chris and Jan were the most excellent hosts and made us very welcome. Lovely comfortable room - and brilliant breakfast choices! Thanks once again!
NOT A THING!!
Really nice place to stay..and good view to sea from the hotel...reallly enjoyed my trip.
Chris and his wife are nice people, they will help you with every problem you will have. Arran is a great and beautifull island and the people are very nice.
Bed room view
Smell of oldness and sitting beside strangers for breckfast round one big table no atmosphere like sitting in an empty church
Great nature trail to Lamlash begins just a minute from the property. And how nice to have fresh fruit each morning! Location high on a hill, in a quiet neighborhood, with great views.
The setting is homely. Everyone is introduced to each-other at breakfast time.

The location was excellent and the hosts very welcoming.
Excellent Full Scottish breakfast. Comfortable facilities. Convenient location and lovely views.
It was convenient and gave us an extra night's holiday
Was lovely and peaceful wouldn't, have known anyone was there. Breakfast was very prompt.
Comfortable stay with use of the communal lounge room which has sea views. Befriended by the family dog, who was very well behaved. We had shared bathroom facilities, but a separate toilet also available for use.
Saw little of the hosts as they were busy with their restaurant. No significant problems.
comfy chair in my room to sit while reading. Access to a bath (after a long day cycling) excellent breakfast Although I had my breakfast on both days, I thought it a really nice gesture that the price would be reduced if people missed breakfast through having to catch an early ferry crossing.
Ideally I would have liked somewhere to put my bike under cover.
The welcome. Proximity to Ferry Terminal in Brodick. Chris's Mum!! The breakfast, great kippers! View from the breakfast room. Quietness. Kindness of Chris and his wife.
The service was great. The view from my room was to die for. The food was very good.
The shower needs help.
Jess the dog. Breakfast.
Very squeaky single bed. Very steep drive for a biker.
Care and ttention to detail by the owners and staff. Quality of the food was outstanding and we could npt have been better looked after. Great value for money and situation is superb.
The very warm welcome from the proprietors and their attentiveness. The room, no 2 had views of the sea and was spotless and comfortable. The décor and layout of the dining room again with views of the sea. The tasty and filling breakfast, I enjoyed the haggis along with bacon etc, local fresh produce. So nice for residents to be introduced to each-other so nice conversations at the breakfast table.
The walk is quite uphill from the sea front if your mobility isn't good but easy if using car.
Single room bed .solid thin mattress like sleeping on floor..........breakfast poor with extra charge for cereal
Great location, easy walk into town. Host was very friendly and informative on local attractions. Room was comfortable and clean.
