Jan and Chris were amazing hosts! We all felt very welcome and right at home during our stay. Breakfast was delicious. Chris is also the chef at "Arran on a Plate", just a short 5 minute walk from the Belvedere, boasting the very best food on the Isle of Arran. A fabulous stay!

Really friendly and welcoming staff, great location and easy to find. Clean and comfortable accomodation with a lovely hearty breakfast. I would recommend it to anyone. We were shown to a table where there were people already eating breakfast. My friend and I wanted a quiet table for two but this was not on offer, even although there were empty tables available.(.just not set up for breakfast). We would have preferred to have a choice as to where we sat, as we were in Brodick for a sad family matter and really not up to talking that morning..but felt obliged to with the people at the table. Please allow people to sit where they want as not everyone wants to be around others...for various reasons. Thank you

The breakfasts were a real gut buster feast! Cooked to perfection, presented beautifully and certainly helped mop up the New Year alcohol. Chris and Jan were perfect hosts and made our stay even better. Our room was comfortable, warm and with a fabulous view of the bay and the mist shrouded Goatfell. We'll definitely return!

Very welcoming staff and the room that we had although classed as economy was lovely. Great breakfast every morning with a different choice every morning if you wished. Not far from the seafront and some very nice restaurants nearby. Jan and Chris were very welcoming and I even had a Reiki session done at Inspirations.

Hill walking,visit castle,walking along the beach,all the factory shops the views, peacefulness ,restaurants great food lots of choice and the breakfast is to die for the best Thought decor a bit dated but that was all so hope for net visit they may have started revamp

B&b calme à 5 mn à pied du ferry à proximité des commerces et restaurants. La qualité des petits déjeuners avec vue belle vue sur la baie de Brodick. L' accueil et service chaleureux.

Belvedere es una guest house con solo 5 habitaciones, muy tranquila e ideal para pasar unos dias relajantes. Està muy cerca del puerto, 7 minutos andando desde donde atraca el ferry (cuesta arriba). La habitaciones son muy acogedoras, los propietarios muy amables y el desayuno fantastico (te dan un papel al llegar para escoger entre varias posibilidades - yo me comì un gofre con sirope de arce y fruta fresca riquisimos, mi amigo un tipico desayuno britanico - y los preparan todo ellos cuidadosamente). En la habitacion hay tetera/cafetera y tambien libros y folletos con informacion turistica. Desde la guest house se puede llegar andando (en 30 minutos) al castillo de Brodick.

Los dueños son muy simpáticos y siempre están dispuestos a solucionar cualquier problema que te haya surgido. Tienen varios tipos de desayuno a elegir: Desayuno escocés, desayuno vegetariano, etc... La salchicha de soja del desayuno vegetariano está buenísima!!!

Jan & Chris were very kind, welcoming, and helpful during my entire stay. The room was comfortable and clean; breakfast was made to order and properly served. Though I didn't get a chance to partake, Jan offers a range of spa service at her nearby business. I was disappointed not to have had a chance for a massage! If I'm back in the area, I would definitely stay here again.
