Bonita casa y excelente ubicación Una de las personas que iban en el grupo llegó al hotel a las 00,30 de la noche. Tuvo que llamar porque el hotal estaba ya cerrado y el dueño de la casa se enfadó. No creo que tenga razón. A mi entender el hotel debe estar abierto o tener forma de entrar. |

The position is very good and the view on the Brodick Bay is really great. It's original the fact to have breakfast (that is very good) all togheter at a unique table. We stayed there in cold and rainy days and we appreciated that the heating was very efficient. Despite the good heating in general, the bathroom was too humid and cold. |

The breakfast was excellent and Jan is one of the nicest people we've met. The location, the house and the view from Belvedere is wonderful. The internet is not free like it says on yours and their website.. strictly only for checking mail. The bed was not so comfortable and it squeekes, if someone flushes the toilet you will wake up, because the pipes makes it so loud in your room. I had trouble washing my hair in the shower because the water pressure was so low. "Based on your experience, would you recommend this hotel?" probably not to young couples but I think my parents would be satisfied.. |

Breakfasts were delicious and offered an excellent variety (including duck eggs on some days). I was most impressed with and grateful for the wonderful hospitality of Chris and Jan and the friendliness of their staff. I was visiting Arran Island for my niece's wedding, and almost missed the ceremony due to a lack of available taxicabs - but Jan kindly offered to drive me to Lamlash, 5 miles away, This was clearly above and beyond reasonable expectations, and greatly appreciated. The Belvedere has lovely views of the bay, and is within easy walking distance to the beach, ferry terminal and shops, as well as many walking trails. I was delighted with my experience there and wouldn't hesitate to go back if I have the opportunity. The Belvedere is situated on a hill (thus the lovely views), so be prepared for a short climb if walking from the ferry terminal with luggage. Without luggage, the climb is no more than a mild aerobic workout that this senior citizen was able to manage on a daily basis. |

location, excellent breakfast, comfy bed with a heating pad, lovely (common) bathroom with a bath tub and aromatic bubble bath products, good wifi reception, warmth and care received during stay. highly recommended. |

Kommunikation vedr. booking/kørselsvejledning Prisen forekommer i overkanten målt i forhold til hvad tilsvarende lokaliteter koster. Vi rejste rundt i 7 dage - og dette var absolut "mindst value for money". |

L'accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes, la qualité de la nourriture (fruits frais!), vue splendide depuis les chambres et guide de la région "fait maison" où toutes les propositions ont été testées par les hôtes. Salle de bains un peu petite avec lavabo franchement minuscule. |

Zeer goede service en rust. Veel materiaal aanwezig voor activiteiten op het eiland. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrije gezellige eigenaars. Vroeg ontbijt ivm ferry geen probleem. Zeer handige breakfast bestellijst. Alle restaurants, Brodick castle en Goat Fell op loopafstand. |
