Perfect location. Close to Paddington and Oxford Street. Its worth your stay.
I had a room on the 3rd floor. There is no lift. Therefore I had to drag my bags all the way alone.
This is one of the many small hotels near Paddington, converted from residences. It has been renovated with some care. The room (4th floor) was small but comfortable, bathroom reasonable size, good internet, friendly personnel. Nothing special, but pleasan t and quiet.
Location - although the tube can be heard but it didn't bother us. Breakfast Comfortable bed
The sink plug hole was blocked Decor could be updated a little Could have put a few complementary toiletries e.g. Shampoo
Courteous staff, good location.
Nice clean, well appointed room, though small, good breakfast for a budget hotel. Staff friendly.
I was in a basement room at the back of the house, right next to (or above) a Tube line. I was kept awake most of the night by the loud rumbling of passing trains! I have no idea whether the noise was audible throughout the house but in my room it was awful.
The price. A room on the ground floor as requested. Good service & friendliness of the staff. The freshly cooked breakfast.
The steep steps leading to the breakfast room.
Lovely hotel clean and staff all friendly very central in london I will definitely use this hotel again and recommend this to anyone would have liked a softer bed but u can't have everything very satisfied
cooked breakfast - though not particularly high quality food, it was included in the cost and acceptable. Location, really convenient for Paddington.
Basement bedroom - vibrated with every passing underground train. En-suite smelled badly of drains. Heard everyone outside waiting to get their breakfast - no chance of a lie-in.
Great location for Paddington Station and Tube into central London and the price (including a cooked breakfast) is a real bonus.
Train noise in lower floors from Tube.
The staff in the breakfast room were quick and welcoming.
Never a smile from the desk staff. I got a tiny, cramped room on the top floor with heavy, periodical noice from some kind of water/pump system. Could not sleep. Refund was declined. Had a new, better room on the ground floor for the rest of the stay. But beware of noice and tremors from the underground tube on ground- of basement floor during operating hours 06:00 - 24.00. But all in all, relativly cheap London hotels are allways a gamble.
It was clean, the room was larger than average.
I could hear the underground train every few minutes from my room on the ground floor. It didn't stop me from sleeping soundly though. It may bother some.
Warm and freindly and very comfortable beds great location for everything that we wanted to see and do
Location great for everything
Very good value. Perfect location within walking distance of all we needed. Relatively quiet street for Central London.
I have stayed here many times for the past 2 years. The standard has been consistent and the service good. Generally acceptable quality rooms and breakfast for a good price. Free internet now available.
For those who are concerned the basement rooms have the underground noise. Upper rooms are a hike upstairs.
Lovely warm room on a cold damp day. Breakfast was good. Delighted to have a hairdryer in the room without having to request one. Only stayed one night but would happily book in for longer.
Some of the small side lights didn't work in my room.
good hotel very close to Paddington. Nice breakfast and staff
great location, nice staff, good breakfast
Friendly, good breakfast, close to Hyde park
Just price of room.
Good location to tube, lots of shops and places to eat ,good breakfast ,good value for money.
It is very close to the Paddington station, where you can easily go to the Heathrow airport and city centre.
The room was very small. Many stairs without an elevator. Only one towel per person (not a complete set of towels). No bath amenities, only a hand soap.
Excellent value for money and convenient location. I travelled to London by train and decided to buy an Oyster card and use the buses. The bus from Euston station stops about 25 metres from the front door of the Belvedere. Full English breakfast was included in my booking and the speed and friendliness of the staff who brought it, was amazing.
Room quite small and on the third floor (no lift) so a bit of a trek for older guests although only to be expected at the reasonable price I paid. A charge is levied if you leave a case with Reception after 2pm on the day of departure.
Bed & pillow
Very kind reception/breakfast staff.
lower floor with faint noise from subway
Really nice area, tube station 2 min away
