very good location and pubs/restaurants around. Breakfast staff very friendly First impressions were not good, scaffolding and work being done on the hotel. Twin room up 3 flights of stairs with dirty/stained bed quilts, shower room was tiny and shower broken! I didn't expect a great hotel for this price in this location but cannot understand how anyone could oversight a major thing like ensuring rooms are clean with immaculate bed sheets at least. |

Staff were friendly Single room was nice and spacious, apart from beening in the basement! very noisy throughout the night due to underground. Nice, spacious shower room. Breakfast was ok, service good, very crampt though, had to sqeeze past and disrupt others to get out and in seats. |

Good location. Yes, the room wasn't very clean. Very little space in the "bathroom box". And a horrible smell of burned food /sausages/ especially in the morning. This smell soaked up everywhere. |

Room was nice, staff helpful and the location excellent The bathroom was too small and the breakfast was not so good (if you don't like a full english breakfast with eggs, beans and bacon, you will get white toast with jelly and cereals with milk. Would have preferred "real" bread with maybe cheese) |
