The staff were very and friendly attentive, we instantly felt welcome. Our room was large, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The hotel was perfect for a romantic break. The bed was king size, and the perfect thing to get back to after a long day of walking and whisky. The breakfast was very good, with a choice of a hot and cold buffet, including bacon, black pudding and cereals. The guest house was located about a twenty minute walk from the royal mile, which wasn't too bad a walk during the day, but a bit too much late at night. A taxi fare from the Ben Doran to the centre costs between £7-9, which isn't too bad.

This place is the worst house among I hver ever been experience. Too expensive!! I have already checked near similar house, which was just 40~50GBP. I didn't believe that.

Helt ok hotell, med förhållandevis bra valuta för pengarna. Rummet var fint, men badrummet var mindre bra. Lite slitet, men rent och fräscht. Man vaknade varje morgon av dofterna från "English breakfast"! Ca 15 min promenad från city, men bra bussförbindelser. Skulle kunna tänka mig att bo där igen!

The only thing I was disappointed with was the distance from the hotel to the Royal Mile. The information said approximately a 10 min walk. I would like to see someone walk from the hotel to the royal mile in this time - it was more 20mins plus. This was the reason why I picked this hotel as it was meant to be close to where I wanted to be.

Good location, friendly staff and nice breakfast. 3% surcharge for using a debit card to pay for the room, also having to pay £5 for Wi-Fi when booking it states internet is free. room was rather cosy than deluxe

1、员工态度友善 2、周边比较清静（因为离市区远啊） 3、交通方便，门口就有公交站，能去Station或者Prince Stree 1、这次英国10天5城游里住得唯一一间公用洗手间和浴室的酒店，实在觉得不方便。其实这个B&B也有En- Suite的房间，但价格会贵很多 2、离市区实在有点远，刚到的时候看着GPS慢慢走过去，用了半小时，介绍里的15分钟有虚假成分。还好门- 口就有公交。建议刚到的朋友乘坐7、8号bus（还有其他的车，不记得车号了），但英国公交不会报站，所以- 要注意下车站点，最好把地址给司机看让司机提醒你下车。单程1.80镑，日票不限次数是3.5镑。 3、wifi要付费，5英镑无使用天数限制（不像Ibis5镑只能用一天），可多台设备使用

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und ansprechend präsentiert. Die Toilettenspülung fiel nach ca. 3 Tagen aus, wurde aber innerhalb eines Tages repariert. Zumindest bei geöffnetem Fenster der Zimmer auf der Straßenseite (Mayfield Gardens) ist der Verkehrslärm tagsüber ziehmlich laut, da dies eine der Haupt-Zufahrtsstraßen zur City in Edinburgh ist.

Albergo accogliente e silenzioso. Personale cordialissimo. Unico neo è il prezzo, nella media per Edimburgo ma decisamente alto in riferimento ai servizi offerti ed alla struttura. Chef in ferie. Da notare che il bagno è stato ritagliato all'interno della camera.

Nice linen No sitting room; no feeling of welcome. Staff not too knowledgable of area. Place and decor is very dated. Thin walls, thin windows. If you close the windows at night, there is no fresh air. If you keep them open, you hear the double deckers. In the morning, you can smell the bacon from around 6:30am & the smell lingers in the room. Note the shared bathroom/ shower. It's 10 min bus journey to city centre. All in all, you might as well stay in a youth hostel in city centre.

Hotellet är litet och mysig, Ligger I lungnare område I relation till centrala kvarter vilket passar perfekt om man vill vila efter en aktiv dag. Samtidigt är läget centralt, bra kommunikation med buss.Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi är förvånade att hotellet har 4*. Frukost är enkel och man delar badrum och toalett om man inte väljer svit vilket är I så fall ett måste,
