Relaxing in a lovely quiet area and a nice hotel. Finding dead spiders in the bed in the morning. |

The food served at dinner was well above the standard normally available in hotels, and the service was impressive considering that a large golfing party was being accommodated during our stay Our bedroom could have been more cheerful e.g. a mirror and pictures would have helped |

Helpful staff, nice location (the Grantown-on-Spey area is rich in scenery, monuments and good restaurants), clean rooms, good room rate, free hotel parking and good services ...what else? Highly reccommended. |

Our group being able to use the Snug Room on the Friday night. Owing to a very noisy group eating at the same time as us on the Saturday night our meal was spoiled. There was nowhere to sit on the Saturday night after our meal as the bar was packed and very noisy due to a band playing and we had to retreat to another establishment. Too many things off the menu both nights. |

Good breakfast, simple acomodation. Good value for money if you're just there to sleep and have breakfast. Room had just been painted and was very hot, took me a couple of hours to get rid of the paint odours. On Thursday nights, the hotel bar has a karaoke night. |

Staff at hotel were exceptionally friendly and keen to help. Locals were very friendly too and made us feel very welcome. Food in Bistro within hotel was excellent both at evening meal and breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. |

We were made most welcome, every need was met. The food was really very good, well cooked, well served and hot. The room was very clean and when the telly did not work it was replaced almost immediately. Nothing seemed too much trouble. not anything I did not like but the stairs were quite high which for someone elderly is a bit of a marathon! |

We stayed for one night on our Scotland tour. The hotel was well located on the main street (we did a little pub crawl very easily). On arrival we received a warm welcome from reception. We ate at the restaurant and were very pleased with the quality of the food, service and price. Breakfast was well done as well. the room was well equipped, very clean and the shower powerful and hot bathroom was small |

The staff were very friendly. I asked for a room near to the ground floor due to my partner having mobility difficulties and we were put on the 2nd, (top) floor. To be fair we accepted this as the hotel was very busy. |
