The location of the hotel is nice. The bathroom was really poor and you could hear people walking on the floors above our floor all the time. The hotel could use some updating. |

Staff were really friendly and helpful, food was beautiful and bedroom was comfortable. Hotel was a bit old fashioned but this added to, rather than detracted from, our stay. |

Staff were excellent - friendly, pleasant and willing. Meals in the bistro attached to the hotel were excellent value for money with very generous portions. Good variety too. Had to go outside to smoke!!!!!! |

The fact that it was so dog friendly.. The attitude of the duty Manager. The pleasant staff. The very good breakfast. The comfortable lounge. The inconsiderate, noisy residents who shrieked and laughed whilst talking in the corridor outside our room until the early hours, meaning I got very little sleep. |

The staff were polite and welcoming on our arrival and throughout the stay. Off road car parking at the rear. The room was musky and the shower controls had been damaged but useable. |

I was particularly impressed by the staff at the hotel. It was clear that there was not enough on duty, which appeared to be the managements choice, and i thought they coped amazingly considering this. No doubt they are all on minimum wage and to put up with the constant criticism from the manager/owner (even in front of the guests - which i thought most unprofessional) was deserving of a few medals |

Enjoyable stay. Very helpful staff. Nothing was " too much trouble ". Breakfast was substantial and very enjoyable. Excellent. The family room we were allocated was extremely noisy due to the live entertainment, however, we had been warned about this at checking in. |
