Benedicts Hotel  

The friendly staff made my stay very welcoming.I would stay at benedicts hotel again.The early bird menu was great and food was excellent!

There wasn't anything I did not like at this hotel.

All staff were absolutely excellent, very friendly and helpful. Rooms were of a very high standard. Restaurant and bar were very nice, food was very good.

The bed was amazing, the doona as light as a feather. All staff were amazingly friendly.

The staff at Benedicts were great, they were so helpful and really pleasant. The food in the restaurant/bar was delicious and arrived well presented and was good value for money. We stayed in the executive suite which had a spa bath which was better than I had expected it to be plus the king size bed was soooo comfy! I've stayed in a lot of hotels but this is one of the best for its price. I would recommend that you upgrade to the executive suite as it is only an extra £10 and is worth it.

If it was a bit closer to the main centre it would have been perfect, although it is only a short walk.

Minor quibble,our room was next to the elevator ,so at times it was a little noisy.

Friendly Irish hospitality. Room was well presented; immaculate bedding and towels. Restaurant excellent, both eating in and room service - good selection for evening meals and breakfast (lunch also available). Family friendly - both young and older.

A not requested sofa bed appeared in room after maid service on first morning; made eating at dining table in room difficult.

The friendly staff with a "could not do enough" attitude was brilliant, especially as I was travelling alone on business.

Within 7 minutes walking distance from bus station. Restaurant and pub inside hotel. Wonderful staff. Comfortable big rooms with soft bedding and pillows.

The location was great, the bar is amazing, the restaurant looks great and the food in it is as good as it looks. The rooms were of a very good standard. We all really enjoyed staying there.

Slightly noisy late at night, but not really a problem.

Staff on reception , informative, very friendly& helpful. Breakfast was super all freshly cooked & served with a smile!We have travelled around the world & stayed in many lovely hotels.How refreshing to find a little gem so close to home!! We will be back next time we are going to the theatre in Belfast Thankyou!

Great room, very good VFM, well placed for restaurants

Far too noisy. The bar/club downstairs was open till 2.30am most nights. Although I was staying on the top floor (third), I couldn't sleep with the window open due to the noise.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have EVER slept in.... heavenly! Room was fabulous, bathroom lovely, roomy and stylish, with about 8 towels each!

The bar is very lively at weekends, if that is what you want, but a bit too noisy for the residents' bar.

Warm reception received on arrival. Restuarant staff offered an exceptional, friendly service.

Bar and restaurant good and we got an upgrade on arrival which was lovely the room was great...but...

The room we got smelt a bit fusty as if a dirty mop was used to clean the floor and the lift and electric box caused quite a bit of noise throughout the night but still enjoyed. might aswel mention so you can improve if you want. (room 301)

Staff throughout hotel were really friendly and helpful, great that table service was offered in the bar, room was lovely with a powerful shower. Breakfast was delicious also. Overall, a brilliant hotel I would use again! Hard to find a fault!
