Great location, very friendly helpful staff, georgous rooms breakfast lovely. Book to stay again as soon as i got home for another concert in april.
Loved entertainment ....
Found bedroom cold ...although would stay again because hotel was excellent
Everything Staff especially
Although I said bed was comfortable I do have a complaint.....too high. My friend actually hurt herself ( pulled a muscle) climbing up onto it.
Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Always stay here when in belfast. Would highly recommend.
Wi-Fi access code a duty over the top. Three word's, that were incorrectly given.
Rooms where lovely and great value for money, will definitely be back again. Have already recommended to friends and family
The bed was superb with a nice quiet room. the bar was buzzing with live music, but the choice of food in the bar was limited
the car park was at least half a mile from the hotel
This is a great hotel in the heart of Belfast. The rooms are large and clean and we had a King bed, which was very nice after so many doubles at other places. The bathroom was clean and well appointed. The wifi was excellent and fast. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel serves delicious food and is very reasonably priced, especially for a hotel restaurant. Don't mind eating early? Hit the restaurant between 5:30pm and 7pm for their beat the clock promotion, which takes the time you order and makes that the price of your dish (some dishes excluded). We had two wonderful entrees for 13 GBP.
The parking is quite a distance away from the hotel. It was pouring rain and cold and we had to drag the luggage in then drive to the parking and walk back in the rain. They should consider offering valet parking.
The staff were very nice couldnt have been nicer to us.
The room was very dated and didnt feel like i was in a hotel really. There was a big navy blue armchair which did not suit the room, and a white standing fan in the room. I expected the room to be alot better as ive been told it was a good hotel. I dont think i would go back in a hurry to be honest.
best breakfast i've ever had from a hotel--nice touch giving a free drink at the bar--rooms very comfortable and overall excellent value for money
Friendly and helpful staff, comfy rooms (except my mom didn't love that there was no air on the 4th floor and she wouldn't sleep with the windows open, I would have…) we stayed two different nights two different rooms, very happy with our stay, EXCELLENT STAFF
the ONLY thing that was strange is that we (mother and daughter, mature age) had heavy bags and the second night we stayed we were on the fourth floor, a little cumbersome to get up there & we didn't think to ask to get someone to help and they didn't offer :(, BUT, that is minor…we made it up!
Breakfast was disappointing
We had a lovely stay food and rooms were good staff friendly
Live music which we could hear in our rooms in the early hours
location , cleanliness and especially staff.
I intend to travel to Belfast regularly in the future and thought your hotel would be an excellent option. However I would have to query how the hotel receives a top rating when I was unable to sleep both nights due to noise. This is dispite specifically requesting a quiet room.
all ok Clean, comfortable, convenient to city centre. Bar /food good.
Atmosphere. Carvery lunch. Traditional music
Like the food, room and bar
Carpark far away Housekeeping left hallways untidy for most of the day
Excellent hotel.comfortable and clean . Good value food. Happy hour 4pm until 10 pm. Cocktails £2.95. Lively music after 10pm until late but wasn't noisy in bedroom.tour bus and good transport into city centre outside hotel. Tour bus for day trips just around the corner. Excellent indian restaurant short walk away called nu deli.
We liked the size of the bed, the complimentary water and newspaper. The staff were friendly and helpful. Well decorated rooms. Food was really good too!
On,y thing we were abit wary of was the local clientele who seem to use the hotel as their place to go on the weekend, they just didn't seem to suit the standard of the hotel itself!
Really wish i stayed longer it was a gorgeous hotel with lovely friendly staff! Stayed in the exec suite it was amaze the bed was something else!
So so sooo noisy at night from above and outside! Breakfast not worth the price either
The restaurant and bar area were very attractive and food was terrific. Staff was incredibly helpful and let us remain in the breakfast area while we entertained several distant relatives for a first-time ancestral family meeting. Staff brought complimentary tea and coffee, over the three hours we sat and chatted. It was very special event made more special by their support. The room was spacious with all necessities; they even provided a standing fan which was perfect for me as I like moving air. Bed was comfortable and we both had a restful sleep in a front room on the street, with window open. Overall, a great place!
Staff were wonderful, polite and made me feel important.
Great location. Staff friendly, polite and really helpful. Outstandingly quirky decor. Best breakfast in Ireland and try the burger in their restaurant....best I've EVER tasted!!! This hotel really is a breath of fresh air. Do not miss a chance to stay here..
Very Pleasant & Efficient Staff My room was spacious & comfortable and food excellent although a but away from the Center "the buses are very easy to get and regular."
