All the staff were helpful & friendly from the moment we arrived until departure. Great atmosphere in the downstairs bar. Food was excellent in taste & value, especially breakfast. A great experience all round. |

We arrived unexpectedly early and were warmly welcomed, our room was immediately available, before 9.00am! Hotel was clean and warm and attractively decorated for Christmas. Lively bar adjoining hotel and good restaurant and bar within hotel. |

Executive room was gorgeous, very comfy bed and spa bath was a real luxury. The entertainment in the bar down stairs was also brilliant. Plenty of selection for breakfast too. I would def stay here again |

Room was comfortable, spacious and well furnished. Tea maker in room (important after long day walking city as was spa in bath). Central location and attentive staff. Good value. Stayed on a Saturday and found the beat from disco a small bit distracting. Room a shade too warm but would definately opt for this hotel again. |

The hotel is in an excellent location, for bars, clubs, shopping and sightseeing with coach tours. The food, staff, cleanliness and comfort of the hotel are all brilliant. This was my 2nd visit to the hotel and I would recommend it to anyone. |

Great place, clean nicely designed. The staff are great, really freindly, make you feel welcome to the hotel and to Northern Ireland! This is a 'city' hotel and it's it in a lively part of town (In a good way) so it can be noisy outside. |

Nice hotel, food was good, room very comfortable and not noisy despite looking out on to a busy road. Retaurant had a nice atmosphere. Car park a bit of a walk. Hairdryer in bathroom not great. |

Excellent staff - all very friendly, and went out of our way to help us with a non-hotel related issue Dinner and breakfast in the attached restaurant was not amazing, but OK and still good value for money. We did not realise there was a bar/nightclub attached to the hotel, but this did not cause any noise issues for us. |

Very central - great staff, very comfortable accomodation There was a night club under our room - despite the windows closed - which made the room very hot the noise was still unbelievable and it wen ton until 3 am. wouldn't have noticed it if I was out later - but got an early night and found it very loud. |
