Leisure Club Location Staff were helpful
Pool was cold Bed was uncomfortable Needs upgrading Swimming lesson in pool on Sat morning
Staff are always friendly and helpful and willing to help when asked, meals are excellent Facilities are good
this is the forth time my wife and have stayed here and the first time asked to pay bill when checking in instead of checking out
Paid a lot of money for room.yet I was charged postage when I left my glasses behind. Been here a dozen times. ...won't b back!!!
breakfast was excellent. good choice of cooked items and continental. only criticism was it would have been better if bread was toasted on both sides not just one room comfy enough but tired although a lot of rooms being renovated
dinner was terrible. my starter and main was okay. my wife's roast beef was inedible and i couldnt even cut it with a steak knife. we both ordered sticky toffee pudding which was stone cold! However the hotel did give us a whole £3 discount!!!!
Good food and excellent service.
Dated décor, threadbare carpets and very poor bathrooms.
On check in was met with a very helpful receptionist, nothing was to much trouble as all staff were very helpful
Large room clean and large tv. Had no remote but staff replaced it within minutes. Good meal portions. Good value deal
Poor wi fi
Leisure Facilities and the Staff
Breakfast was awful, hopefully a bad day!!
Good and quiet location, nice breakfast
Facilities were excellent, good choice of breakfast food and restaurant food.
Disappointed that the bar ran out of Glayva, especially in the Highlands !! Poor sleep due to location of air vent/roof air conditioner which was located right outside our room window and was on all night.
leisure centre , sauna Breakfast was excellent
a bit dated in décor & furniture
value for money swimming pool
Lovely hotel ! And a great location by being right next to ben nevis !
Hotel could do with an overall update in decor.
Really good bar food and we enjoyed the pool and gym
The building looks worse from the outside but we were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room and the inside was cosy if a bit dated.
Pool and spa facilities were excellent. Room very comfortable.
The poor customer service of some staff. One or two seemed to have no idea how to greet customers and make them feel welcome. This does not apply to reception staff, who were very friendly and helpful.
Location, dog friendly, pool (didn't use) but looked great Bar food ok
No wifi even in public are where they said we could access it Paid for superior room with mountain view, big mistake. Firstly, over grown fir tree right outside our window so restricted view Didn't sleep well at all, poorly fitted windows, not double glassed main road out side our window very very busy all night long so very noisy Would recommend this hotel but ask for room at back of hotel , if you want to sleep
Leisure club facilities and meals all very good
Room slightly dated but clean
Handy location and very nice pool and leisure facilities. Very handy for anybody using Jacobite Steamtrain. Hotel has potential to be very good. Allows dogs.
Staff were ok but didn't go out of way to make life easier. Hotel now looks tired and in need of upgrade. Perfectly clean and no massive issues. Wifi poor quality. Outside needs painted and ungraded and rooms in need of same.
Staff, food, leisure facilities, taking dog with us on our trip.
Room small, not as close to town centre as website states! Tiny TV with only 5 channels...we don't watch much TV on holiday but no 24hr news? WiFi also rubbish.
Our room this time was a bit shabby and small. Have had nicer room in last
It had a swimming pool and fitness centre, but never used it...The staff were very friendly and did there best to help you with anything...The breakfast was very good massive selection of everything, one of the best i have had for a while!! Plenty of free parking
A but far from centre to walk on what is the main road it can be busy...The hotel could do with a bit freshen up decor is dated carpets are thread bare in places...no wifi in bedroom, hotel that charges these prices should have wifi in bedrooms!!
Where we stayed in the annex room 405 the carpet and stairs needed some tlc
Decent breakfast Reasonably priced restaurant Nice view from room
Wifi only in the lobby, which is not set up for people to work in. A fair bit of road noise
onsite gym & pool, breakfast was good also
the annexe was not maintaned in terms of decoration as well as the main building
