The check out on my last morning. The Hotel was very poor quality, the bedroom was damp and had poor noise insulation. Room had poor decor and had little charm. It lacked decent a TV, furnishings were very 1970s, and bathroom was damp, with patches of mould. Staff appeared to be poorly trained and majority seemed disinterested in their roles. Overall not a good experience. |

It was very comfortable, quiet and we were able to walk into town and we liked the fact that we could park easily there. Also the staff at the desk and in the restaurant were amazingly nice and helpful. |

The friendly and helpful attitude of the staff. I was playing with the Lochaber Stratgspey & Reel at their Rally and was promised special rates for our B & B. This was not offered and at check out we paid the full fee! |

The room was on the small side, but it was quiet, as promised, and very adequate. The leisure club was really excellent. |

Very cosy hotel, situated 2 minutes from centre, very friendly staff and clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Room was too loud, could hear lots of noise in the morning from other rooms. |

Ideal for the budget traveller who only needs a bed for the night and a breakfast. Free wi fi internet in the room is an added bonus. Room was cold as the only radiator is on a timer and go'es of mid day and during the small hours. Not good if you coming in during the midle of the day and need warmed up. Hotel is Ok for a few nights but not the sort of place to take the girl friend, if you want to keep her that is. |
