The hosts were very warm, friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate us. Had a very early rise on Sunday morning 4:30am and They provided us with an excellent breakfast including home made pancakes! Accommodation was excellent with great big spotless rooms and lovely bathrooms. Whole house was great! Definitely recommend to other travellers.

    Everything was perfect.

There was no electrical outlet close to the kettle. The kettle had to be moved. But colin said they were going to fix that in the winter.

If there is a better B&b around we haven't found it. Newish property with space, great facilities and neat owners including Molly the dog. If we pass through Pitlochry again we will try this property first. Stunning, thanks team.

Everything was really excellent. Good, big rom with good bed and a very good shower. The breakfast is incredible good. I loved the grill!! There are some nice chickens in the garden and a very sweet dog. They are very, very hostile. As a bonus we got a high tea and some whisky.

    Nothing, really nothing.

Absolutely everything, including the best kippers of our whole Scottish trip. Most comfortable bedroom - two chairs so one of us did not have to perch on the bed, and the extra sitting area off the landing was a lovely " bonus".

Could not find fault with a thing!!

Beautifully displayed room large and comfortable with tasteful decor. Could not fault anything here. Breakfast was a gourmet spread of delicious cold buffet choices with fresh eggs from the garden hens outside.

The highway nearby at first seemed a problem but the noise receded at night.

Brenda and Colin gave us such a warm and friendly welcome, and the lovely afternoon tea with homemade scones on our arrival were a lovely touch. The rooms were decorated to a high standard, very comfortable, with luxury bathrooms, and again the little extras such as the homemade biscuits provided in our room added to a memorable stay. We will definitely return !

This is an excellent B&B, contemporary and in a superb location. Brenda, Colin (and Molly)! are warm, friendly hosts who really could not have done enough for us. Colin's homemade pankaces Were fantastic and even provided an early breakfast for me before the 3 Piste Cycle. Already planning our next visit.

The house is just off the main road by a couple of hundred yards. Our room was at the front of the house, yet we could hear no traffic. The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The local village is 5mins down the road and has pubs/well stocked supermarket. We were made to feel very welcome and the breakfast was fresh, delicious, and with plenty of choice. We would have no hesitation in recommending this b&b

We couldn't think of anything really

Very comfortable place to stay. The owners, Colin & Brenda were very friendly and by the time we left we felt like part of their family. Would definately recommend it to others

Only downside is the location one & a half miles from the centre of Pitlochry if you like a drink
