The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The room was very clean, the bathroom did smell odd though. No elevator. |

at the time of reservation it was the cheapest hotel not far from the city centre; good breakfast the room was extremely uncomfortable (the room and the shower were not very clean, the furniture was bad, etc) |

Our main purpose for they stay was the Rugby. The guest house was in a good location the staff were very friendly. The room itself was compact that I would not consider Beresford if I was staying for more than a couple of nights. |

The hotel staff was very polite and helpful in every respect. The breakfast was good too. There was no hot water in the shower in the bathroom. We had to skip taking shower one day and had to take the shower with **almost** cold water. After reporting this to the hotel staff, they offered the adjacent room for us to use the bathroom, however, the shower in this adjacent room was broken too. |

Staff very welcoming and made us feel at home, Good size clean rooms. Having to get taxis into the city center, walking distance is approx 10-15mins. |
