Vyborna lokalita, v bezprostredni blizkosti stanice metra, ale i na pesi dojiti do centra. Spokojenost s cistotou a servisem na pokoji. Snidane na urovni Naprosto nevyhovujici velikost koupelny v dvouluzkovem pokoji, velikost cele koupelny odhadem 60x180cm, na kterych bylo umisteno wc, umyvadlo i sprchovy kout. Problem by zde meli "prostorove vyraznejsi" lide, tehotne zeny. Mensi vytah v hotelu (pouze pro dve osoby), ale to nevidim jako zasadni problem. |

Hotel has good location and conection to the City, to Paddington station and from there to the Heathrow Airport. Rooms and the facilities are clean and not so smal as they can be in simmilar hotels in London. |

Shopping and site seeing. We asked them to call us a cab and they called a private driver who charges more than black cab drivers. |

An excellent, centrally-located hotel at a very cheap rate, the Berjaya is a good choice for an overnight stay. |

Easy check-in, easy check-out, reasonably priced incl good food and good room service. Will use it again. Room 406 - please check the shower. I could not adjust the water temperature, it ran hot (too hot) all the time. |

very good location, friendly and helpful staff I think that staying in this hotel is a little bit a kid of a lottery. You can get a nice quiet room or you can get room next to the elevator and that would be nightmare because the elevator makes horrible noise. |

Friendly and helpful service, reasonable price, also for breakfast; I would recommend the hotel to the cost-conscious traveller. I like that each room has a safe given the price class. Architectural features typical of the cheaper Central London hotels Management cannot easily change, like the size of the rooms and especially the bathroom, although I may have gotten the smallest room as I reserved with very short notice. |

I liked nothing about this hotel. and would not return there. The room I stayed in on the first night was cold because the bed was right up to the window and the window was old and broken. I put the spare pillow on it to block the breeze. A very uncomfortable night. Moved the next day to a better room, but there was a terrible humming noise, however I did sleep the second night from sheer exhaustion. |

Very good location Lots, complete waste money. Poxy dungeon like room in bowels of hotel, shoddy decour, got no sleep all night due to endless noise from pipes and water system everytime someone somewhere in the hotel flushed to loo. Do not waste your money |

Small corridores and staires until get to the room.The walls are quite thin and you can hear too much from other rooms.A pipe line was near to my room and quite noisy. There was no digital TV. |

The location was perfect and so easy to find. Welcomed by a lovely log fire on a cold evening was the perfect way to start our short break. I have already recommended this charming little hotel to friends and I will most certainly stay here again. |
